Aloft by Marriott Richardson

Had a unique experience in the sense I was there with my mini dachshund for one night before her back surgery. If anyone knows anything about that breed they like to bark. The staff made sure to assist in accommodations for us and for the guest already checked in by giving us a room distant as to not cause any issue. While it was a quick overnight stay, I’d definitely stay again when back in the area! Thank you!

Second time staying there at the Aloft, always very quiete seems like no one is there which is good. Staff very friendly and helpful. The gym is a plus and downstairs amenities are great too.

Nice property the only downside is the parking availability is very limited!

Superb

Great hotel. Tiny, tiny pool but we were the only people there so it was a decent cool off. Great room walking distance to plenty of interesting cafes, restaurants, etc.

Breakfast was good and fast. Best of all there was a bar that was open late!

Kimberley at check-in was terrible. She was put out by us that we were checking in. She even stopped checking us in to flirt with a drunk guest asking for more drink tickets. She couldn’t even stop long enough to tell us where to park since there was none. We drove around looking and had to call back for more info and she was mad again that we called, talked over me when I asked for help and begrudgingly gave us directions how to get in a lot. She was awful!

Nice location, couple micro breweries and verity of restaurants in half mile

The pool was dirty and clearly not well maintained. Housekeeping was inconsistent and generally did not clean the room unless we specifically called to request service. Despite the poor condition of the hotel and the lack of service, the charges were excessive for what was provided. Parking was always full . Overall, this hotel did not meet basic standards of cleanliness, maintenance, or customer service. I would not recommend staying here until these issues are addressed.

Exceptional

the hotel was nice The hotel was nice, but I called and asked specifically about the pool, was told its outside and gets sun. The pool NEVR gets sun, it's on the 2nd floor wedged into the building and has a large concrete overhang but also is blocked from the sun by the all tall buildings ALL day and never gets sun any part of the day. The picture online is deceiving and misleading as the pooI is just a large bathtub. I specifically booked this hotel for the pool so my wife could get sun the day before a major surgery and she was extremely upset.

Poor

Beautiful yet simple hotel, in a beautiful location with very nice restaurants and coffee shops surrounding the location. Plenty of parking on property, and a auper nicr lobby lounge. Excellent value.

The refrigerator in our room was not working. There was no microwave in the room but it was clean. We had to order our breakfast, but it was very tasty.

The location was a pleasant surprise. I was not expecting to be in a mini city. It was beautiful and a wonderful stay.

No water and no complementary breakfast included. But clean premises. Enjoyed playing billiards pool there.

Easy check in (friendly staff) . The hotel was clean and well maintained . Breakfast was reasonably priced.
