The staff was very friendly. The woman in charge of breakfast let us know she would make more of anything we wanted. She was so friendly. My only complaint is that the bathroom was on the smaller side.

If you're in a wheelchair be ready for a challenge. Beds are to high. Grab bars on only one side of the toilet. Doors getting into hotel are not accessible they lock back before a person in the chair could even attempt to open heavy doors. They also don't answer phone whenever you're stuck outside.

The facility looks nothing like pictures online, it is run down, filled with mold and water spots. I had blood on the chair in my room , yellow spots on bedding, spiders crawling out of.the walls and if I could of went elsewhere I would of but I had spent the money I had already there for that room. They would not discount my stay but did promise a refund for the second night which I did not stay. I ha e yet to see a refund, so I would appreciate any help you can provide in getting this discount. These rooms are not even worth 25 a night. It was very unclean and I spent 30 min just cleaning mold off air conditioning vent, the bed and surfaces I would need to touch. I didnt dar eat breakfast there and the coffee I did have was the worst I had tasted.

Convenient location, friendly staff Missing lightbulbs in my room and they were locked up so the desk clerk couldn't replace them. The hallways were dirty and had an odor, no extra blanket or pillows in the room, the fitness center was dated and a bit run down, the hot items on the breakfast bar were cold, mold above the mirror in the bathroom. No elevator.

Good room and breakfast. Excellent service, they were very helpful in locating and giving us back a lost video game console we accidentally left in the room.

The noise next door. Every time they got close to the bed they would kick the underpinning around the bed which would make a loud noise.

The owners were phenomenal! Very patient w me& my request to ship my laptop charger for me. Who would do that in a value based hotel nowadays! Bravo!

It was quiet close to the freeway but far enough that the noise didn't bother you. Beds look scary, with big divits, but are actually comfortable All the linen seemed clean and fresh Had a small refrigerator, small microwave and a little coffee pot and the token hair dryer I learned I don't care for spectrum. TV. The TV was kind of hard to work. Couldn't figure out how to get to the channels if you found the guide nothing to explain how to do anything with it Didn't care for the free Continental breakfast It wasn't the best one but it wasn't the worst one.
