Maintenance could be better on the property.

They did not have anything for breakfast as stated, the guy behind the counter was rude. We paid for late check out, then got told we didn't even tho the charge on our card clearly reflected the difference in price from when we booked the room.

Pool is closed and has been for 2 years, amenities need updated

Comfortable bed. AC works well. They haven't opened the pool. Not much of a breakfast.

Disappointing

Room was run down. Lock for door was hanging off the wall. Holes all in the bathroom walls. Smelled like smoke even tho it was a non smoking room. Blanket had cigarette burn holes in it. Pool was closed and covered and it was mid June. Looks like it hasn’t been open in a while. Was advertised with pool but definitely not open and working. Didn’t bother with breakfast. Was kinda sketchy

They're charging pool hotel prices when they haven't opened the pool.

The bedding had cigrate burns through each of the sheets and blankets. Even tho it was a non smoker room it smelled like weed and cigarettes. The room had no microwave and the fridge it came with smelled of rotten food. The bathroom curtain was covered in mold and the shower was dirty with handprints and gunk on the walls and ceiling. Tbe towels looked like they were not fully cleaned and the sink leaked and was definitely not cleaned. The property was not maintained and was overflowing in each of it trash cans. Parking was totally fine.

Our first room was “non-smoking” but reeked of cigarette smoke. We were transferred to a different non-smoking room. It didn’t smell of cigarette smoke, but the bathroom fan was barely workable. It was loud and intermittently stopped working. Probably had bad bearings in it.

The room was filthy and poorly maintained. The bed linens were filthy and had cigarette burn holes all over them. The room smelled like smoke and something sour. There was a massive gap beneath have of the door which allowed quite a bit of light and air though. (And surely rodents) there was paper trash on the floor as soon as we came in through the door. Spiders and webs in the bathroom. The room had on one lamp style light for the entire room. None of the other lights worked. One of the criteria when booking this stay was that the hotel had a pool, which it did. But it was closed and covered and unavailable still from winter. We are well into June. When we came out of the room in the morning there were bags of trash and heavily soiled Lenin thrown directly in front of my vehicle. I moved it back some but it was the only parking space open. This was a terrible and filthy stay and definitely not worth what I paid for the stay. I would have happily paid more to stay in a cleaner room.

They were burning incense in the lobby. Stunk couldn't stay for breakfast.
