The room smelled of cigarette smoke despite being a non smoking room and a smoke free building and tons of signs threatening a 250 fee if i did.

The property is relatively clean and safe in general. Good size room. But the bathroom shower curtain smells. Towels are very very old that look yellow and thin...they really need to replace them. Bath faucet unable to adjust the water temperature. It will get too hot that unable to take a shower.

Patel owned property ( Google it).. Older property. Large cracks in the hotel room door .. They have problems regulating temperature of water in some rooms...

Check in was fast and simple. Staff was very nice. Easy parking. Room was clean. I would stay here again.

It was good. Mostly the people were great and so very nice and helpful. The bed was comfortable. The hot tub worked ok. They did not have breakfast as listed in app. And definitely needs an upgrade, but it was good for an overnight as we travelled to the Smoky Mountains.
