Room wasn't quite ready for us when we arrived by the lovely staff fixed it up right away. Cute dog on the premises.
-
There was garbage next to the door entrance of the room, which I feel is totally unacceptable (especially when you are arriving there with your family). Moreover the bathroom was not clean and the airco was literally an airplane engine.

Room was great… Had a refrigerator and microwave. I wish the motel would anti up for an ice machine.
-
It was a nice quiet stay near main street. I really enjoyed my two days and there was no weed smell or pest the staff was very friendly. Next time i stay on ridge crest I will atay there again

The hotel is in the middle of my trip, so the location was good for me. The room is spacious. Nothing to complaint, I stayed for few hours, I had to leave very early in the morning.

Needs improvement especially to the bathroom

Fastest and most friendly check-in ever. Location quiet and very safe. Room was big, clean, comfortable and well equipped. Pity had to stay just for sleep. When returning to Death Valley, will book here again

Yes, once they hooked it up for us

Although this is an older motel, it was clean, comfortable, and the staff were super nice. Iwould HIGHLY recommend this motel to others.

Price point was good for what's offered. Located in a quiet neighborhood. Con - No smoke detector.

Location is in a neighbor - it's quiet. I have stayed here 4 (four) times in recent months. Room is basic. Door lock - not electronic, old style, requires a physical key. Cons- (1) no smoke detector (2) Bathroom door, top hinge has failed, must lift the door up to move it.
-
All of the above the door had been busted in previously so it didn't lock well I didn't have towels and toilet tissue I had to call for that some man was knocking at my door at dark 30 in the morning looking for somebody it looked like a some kind of drug motel or something I'm surprised you even servicing but dealing with this motel it's terrible the light wouldn't work

Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Friendly desk staff. Would stay again

Very affordable. Bed was comfy, room was clean. No hairdryer in room. Heater was very loud to the point that it disturbed our sleep. We could hear coughing and talking sounds from neighboring room, there was no soundproof.

Ok there's cheap motel, and the acceptable stuff like random EVERYTHING (think outlets etc) just being painted over, fine. The falling apart upholstery on the chair fine. But the bedsheets had all kinds of stains. The pillows were vile, and especially because they had the kind of pillowcases that don't actually encapsulate the pillow, so you really see what's inside the pillowcase. Blood or other stains on all the sheets. I very thoroughly checked for bedbugs as it really felt like the place but I was safe in that regard.

Asking if the air conditioner was working in January in Ridgecrest was rather STUPID! It was cold and windy. The heater was necessary and it worked. It took a long time to get hot water in the bathroom sink.
