The man that manages the office was so nice!

I absolutely like the services offered by the owner himself. He was very helpful in many requests, the breakfast wasn't having tons of things but it was very homely with personal touches. Nothing as such. I think the rooms could have been better but you cannot expect so much in that cost.

Best hosts anywhere. Maid service didn't catch the inked bedsheets. Hosts happily and quickly changed then out.

The room was very clean and had a comfortable bed. Breakfast had a great variety of items to choose from. Highlight was Host Ken making us Belgian waffles! The air conditioner was quite noisy but Host Ken said he’s replacing w/ mini splits soon.

As we checked in, we were told that they charge a security deposit because they often have bed bugs from campers that stay there. That was a turn off. The room was very small and outdated. We stayed for 30 minutes while booking a room at a different hotel.

Very cosy motel, confortable and peaceful. Had a great sleep. Cherry on the cake: the very kind and relaxed manager. Had some great chat during breakfast with him!

Room was clean and clerk was friendly. The room was extremely small, the door lock didn’t work and the website included an ev charging station which it did not have. Definitely not worth the room rate that was comparable to other nicer motels in the area.

It is along the main street of Ridgecrest. The room was clean and the tv and refrigerator worked. There is a large shopping center across the street. They have a small breakfast in the lobby, but I didn’t go to it. This didn’t look like a normal Howard Johnson motel. It appears to be an off brand motel that was purchased by Howard Johnson and has been partially renovated. The lobby was being renovated and there was a weird plastic to block the construction area.

Although general outward appearance looked freshly painted,the room left some undesirable problems. Stains on the carpet and the bedspread.tv missing a remote controller so tv didnt work.Attendant came from office and got it worling but when the tv was shut off,we couldnt get it working again.Basin i b-room had a crack running through it.Towel holder fell off the wall.shower floor looked dirty and stained. Bed was comfortable as the pillows
