Waited 20 minutes for someone to come to the desk to check in. There was a hole in the flooring, what looked like boogers on the wall in the bathroom, no washcloths. The towel for the floor in the bathroom was dirty. We have stayed before and it wasn't bad but after this time won't be going back.

Parking and having to walk on pebbles and rocks to get to our room making it less than stable and safe for seniors. Also for breakfast. I removed 2 rotten oranges from the fruit bowl. The items in the fridge were warm and the scrambled eggs were cold and the sausage was undercooked. Also we had to call the lobby to find out where the complimentary breakfast was served because no one told us at check in.

The was clean, the bed comfortable and I felt safe. It's a little out dated and could use a comfortable chair to sit in in the room.

Clean, quiet, right down the street from Ridgecrest Athletic Club. Everything was actually pretty good. The one thing I'd change would be to have plug-ins for phones and gadgets right by the bed. You kind of have to hunt for outlets.

Breakfast is great! Delicious! It’s an older property, has its charm. Pool was dirty. Hot tub jets and heater not working well. Gym was ok. Rooms are small. Toilet wasn’t working properly.This is just a spot to lay your head overnight and move on.
