Great place to stay while in Albuquerque

The staff were rude. The place was still dirty when we checked in. Complementary breakfast was a muffin and coffee. Overall trashy place with people loud waking you up at 4 am

Not the best idea place to stay. The front desk girl was so rude and wouldn’t even look at me. It was awkward. After checking in, I went to the desk to ask for WiFi and she went into her office and didn’t come back. She had a personal phone call so I left

Location to work location was the only good thing about this location. Apparently my long explanation is to long and i cant fit in everything. I wish i had more room to say what i need to say.

nothing! dirty. horrible. Lumps under the sheet, took the fitted sheet off, to find ripped/shredded plastic sheeting. First of all, why does any facility that charges 110.00 use plastic sheets? Next, WHY if in shreds is it not removed? Pillows were disgusting and so lumpy (see photo), bathroom floor was dirty, long black hair in the tub, tub was disgusting. The room next door alarm clock went off at 5:15, either the person in the room died, or no one was in there, and the damned thing buzzed for 45 minutes before it finally stopped. Ruined the start to our day. Booking said 'free breakfast', there was none. What an incredible rip off!!!! The nice young woman who checked us in, was the ONLY pleasant few minutes of our stay!!!

Cheap. Room had a small kitchenette. Breakfast meager, service level from desk staff - useless. Internet went out on the 3rd floor, desk clerk answer was well no one else has complained. Gave me the 800 number for their IT support and had me spend an hour on the phone troubleshooting the access point on the 3rd floor, zero accountability. No amenities except a nice laundry room. Basic place. Not a hotel really as an apartment building with essentially no services. We were there a week and a half (checked in on a Monday) and were told the room would be cleaned once a week. The next Monday no cleaning. When we asked we were told that third floor rooms are only cleaned on Thursday. So we went from Monday to the following Thursday with no cleaning. They would exchange towels at the front dest on request though. It was cheap enough. Set your expectations accordingly and it can be OK.

room was fine. parking convenient. Useless staff. Wifi on the third floor went out - when I reported it to the front desk they said no one else had complained and they gave me the 800# to the IT help desk. I spent over an hour diagnosing the 3rd floor access point issue and fixed it. No thx to the hotel staff. Our flight was late, I had prepaid the reservation but I called to say we might arrive after midnight. Hotel clerk informs me that 1. no check ins between 12:30 and 3am due to a night audit process. And worse, if we didn't get there by 12:30 the system would cancel our reservation. No choice. I needed to make a new reservation for the next day, got a charged for the night anyway. Awful service. The included breakfast is pretty meager.
