Exceptional

I liked everything about the property. The room was very clean and very comfortable. The only thing I didn’t like (and this could’ve been an oversight on my part) is that the breakfast in the morning is not included in the room price. The hotel charge a $15 for the breakfast available there. The the second thing, a very minor complaint, is that the vent fan in the bathroom didn’t work. All considering though it was a wonderful stay, and I would happily stay there again.

I needed a last minute reservation. The front desk was quick and accommodating. This hotel is a little out of the way from where I needed to be. However, their service will certainly put them at the top of the list next time I visit.

The staff was great we had a problem with the fridge and they came out at night and fixed it. Nice clean place as well Slight problem with fridge and slightly higher price than other hotels but minor issues

No included breakfast - $15/person fee for the meal.

Lack of fan in the restroom, mattress had a dip in it and the pillows should be medium-firm or compressible pillows, not extra soft. Instructions to manage the ac/heater should be clearly posted at or near the unit so that guests can adjust according to what they deem comfortable. But the establishment is clean and well organized.

Anytime my husband and I have to travel to Rio Ranch or the surrounding area, we only stay here. Our little four legged child is always welcome. The rooms are clean and in great repair. The staff is friendly and helpful. We haven't had the chance to try the breakfast buffet, but the choices appear to be great. We will be returning to this location again and again.

The pool was freezing which is why we choose this hotel, but the room and the staff made up for it by being welcoming qbd helpful.

The room was nice, clean, and updated. That we had to pay a non-refundable $75 fee for our dog! That's beyond ridiculous! Every other hotel is $0-$25 per dog. After driving for 12 hours, trust me when I say, all our dog did was pass out! Please give me my $75 back!!!

Thought breakfast was included but after getting juice and coffee they had me a bill of $15 which I was never told about until they handed me the bill and was very disappointed when the pool was closed on the second day which I specifically picked this place for my two young boys. The lady at the front desk apogized and very heartfelt but still disappointed and my somewhat of breakfast was eventually comp

Good location, quiet, well-maintained, comfortable rooms. Have stayed here before and would do so again.

Love the Crabtree & Evelyn products, small details that make an impact. My only constructive feedback is keep coffee in the lobby going longer. We don’t care about breakfast but at 9:20am we’re told “we just ran out” of coffee. We attended a concert and didn’t get into bed until 1am. Having to run to Starbucks after spending over $200 for 1 night stay a simple drip coffee would have been huge. Also a grassy dog area away from the busy road would be super for those of us paying $75 for pets to stay. Overall, excellent stay, my above are just suggestions to keep improving!
