Hilton Garden Inn Albuquerque North/Rio Rancho

The front receptionist Ashley was an absolute ANGEL!! She was so sweet, and took very good care of us upon our arrival. Ashley truly went over & beyond her job duties. Hilton Gardens is super lucky to have a bright star as their employee. Thank you Ashley for all your kindness!!!!!!

I traveled with my dogs,, chihuahuas. I left to have lunch and I left my dogs in the room. They were barking. I found out you were not to leave your dogs alone in the room. That was unusual for me as I have traveled with my dogs alot, and I have gone out to eat without them at other hotels. I returned and picked up my dogs and did not leave them alone the rest of my visit. They disturbed another client which the dog rule is understandable. I enjoyed my room. The location was great for me, and the staff were helpful. I did not use the amenities as I was there to visit family.

I recommend staying here if it’s a short stay. Very affordable. Comfortable rooms

Overall, the property is just fine, but do not stay here in the summertime. It appears they participate in some sort of energy saver program where all the common areas do not have air conditioning on, which makes it overly hot and hard to cool off once you get to your room.

The room was clean. The staff was helpful. The bed was soft. Don't drink the coffee in the room. The fee to bring your dog was crazy expensive! What's up with that?

Very clean and well maintained. Close to restaurants and shopping. I’m from the area but moved away so I know the area well. I stayed here because I wanted to avoid the “touristy” areas and higher crime areas. I was very happy with my choice and would definitely stay there again.

The bathroom sink was dirty. The room was so hot we couldn’t sleep. The bathroom was so hot you could melt a chocolate bar. We talked with staff. They said it was fixed but it wasn’t and didn’t give us a different room. The next day speaking with management they only apologized and said they would have moved us room. I’ll not stay here again and I wouldn’t recommend it it either.

The staff were exceptional and helpful. The pillows were very uncomfortable. They need to have more support.
