Property could use some updating such as the plumbing and elevator. Good place to stay especially if you need something for a longer period of time. Good location and comfortable room💋

Worst place , did not have the room requested and then gave a room that was in worst condition, blood on the sheets. Dirty room looked like someone was still staying there.

The location was great , close to Rio Rancho for business and ABQ for pleasure. Lots of choices for food and shopping in general. Comp break fast was just muffins and krug coffee - no juice or fruit . Security on the parking lot would have been nice to have. There were no issues but I did worry about it .

I liked it because they allow pets. And It was actually great for the price even though the room I was in could probably use some remodeling.

Close to a park with large shade trees which my dogs enjoyed. Easy in and out. Fee for pets was higher than typical charge at nicer hotels.

Room was not clean at all smelled of urine dog hair was EVERYWHERE the room was never cleaned there was no bedding on the beds! Not even the trash cans were emptied and No other rooms were available. Disgusting!

Upon arrival the room smelled like fish. I had requested a room (days in advance) to be on the 1st floor near an entrance as my wife has severe mobility issues. That didn't happen! The traffic noise was horrible, not to mention the obnoxious in-room air conditioning. It was very hard to get any rest. The TV stations were very few and the signal kept dropping out. We won't be wasting any money at this

Where you see the difference is in the maintenance of the overall facility. Little things just are repaired, skweaky doors, not all light working, unwashed exterior windows, you get the idea. Additionally the complementry breakfast is pretty much a joke. Blueberry and chocolate muffins, some granola bars and coffee. If you are really lucky you'll have all those on the same day. In four days of stay there was never any coffee and the muffin options were just one, bit for the price savings, take the two minute drive to Wex and have a fabulous breakfast.

The room was spotless and everything worked great.

No extra pillows the so called breakfast was a joke nothing to drink coffee machine was broken no juices or water and food was little muffins and granola bars

Disappointing

The staff perain who assigned my room was kind as well as understanding of my situation. I thank her for the room to which she assigned me. Regarding the room itself, although there was mold and missing brought in the shower, it was still mostly clean. Also, the rest of the room and furniture and air conditioner were in very good condition and fully functional. I actually felt good while I stayed there.

Not 1 thing Didn't get to stay! They wanted me to pay because booking.com didn't pay them. I have receipts showing the paper trail
