The location was amazing for us! Only thing was the bed it was a little uncomfortable but other than that everything was amazing!

The location is convenient, close to restaurants, coffee, and a park. Facilities were clean and accessible room was spacious. The best part about the stay was working with Michelle. She has been so amazing in helping us accommodate my sister who is in a wheelchair, this was the 2nd time she stayed there, and Michelle has just been so helpful and kind during the reservation process and throughout. It takes a lot of planning to have my sister stay anywhere, and Michelle made that process smooth for us. We greatly appreciate her kindness, and would stay there again just because she made the experience easy and great. There's nothing I can think of.

For the most part it was clean. The beds weren’t the best. Like at all. I’m still hurting. Paid extra for breakfast, but they don’t provide a continental breakfast. Just instant oats, coffee/hot water and muffins.

Everything I liked everything about it! If I need to stay somewhere in rio rancho, I'll definitely will keep on booking there

Breakfast is oatmeal or very old oranges. Not the staff's fault - they were lovely, and the place was clean.

The place was good but the room cleanse was really bad and even someone was smoking as I found a cigarette butt under bed

Every one was very helpful and nice; Room was very comfortable and had everything that we needed.

It said it included breakfast, but there were only coffee and granola bars.

The room we first stayed at didn't have window blinds so that didn't help, confirm with hotel staff first before anything. Its a hassle to keep moving things from one room to another

What breakfast? It was coffee, oatmeal packet. Granola bar and old muffins. I was hoping to have breakfast for my toddler. Thought I missed it the first day since it was bare. Nope. That was all the “breakfast”. The after was even worse because they didn’t restock. Def look at what “breakfast entails” because this was not it. Otherwise, the hotel was as expected. Noisy at night, I thought the window was open, you can hear everything happening outside. Even simple conversations people where having and we where on the 2nd floor.

Nothing Put us in a room with broken window shades and had no maintenance to fix them. The floors were dirty in the atmosphere was less than desirable. We ended up getting a refund and going to a different Hotel.

Very nice and the people are the amazing
