Upon arrival the room smelled like fish. I had requested a room (days in advance) to be on the 1st floor near an entrance as my wife has severe mobility issues. That didn't happen! The traffic noise was horrible, not to mention the obnoxious in-room air conditioning. It was very hard to get any rest. The TV stations were very few and the signal kept dropping out. We won't be wasting any money at this

Where you see the difference is in the maintenance of the overall facility. Little things just are repaired, skweaky doors, not all light working, unwashed exterior windows, you get the idea. Additionally the complementry breakfast is pretty much a joke. Blueberry and chocolate muffins, some granola bars and coffee. If you are really lucky you'll have all those on the same day. In four days of stay there was never any coffee and the muffin options were just one, bit for the price savings, take the two minute drive to Wex and have a fabulous breakfast.

The room was spotless and everything worked great.

No extra pillows the so called breakfast was a joke nothing to drink coffee machine was broken no juices or water and food was little muffins and granola bars

Disappointing

The staff perain who assigned my room was kind as well as understanding of my situation. I thank her for the room to which she assigned me. Regarding the room itself, although there was mold and missing brought in the shower, it was still mostly clean. Also, the rest of the room and furniture and air conditioner were in very good condition and fully functional. I actually felt good while I stayed there.

Surprised that only one elevator for that number of floors and units,also washing machines not working and come to find out outside contractor maintains them you’re not getting your moneys worth a lot of unsatisfied customers I talked to staying at your establishment,but your front desk staff and housekeepers and ground staff are the best they really did a great job

Not 1 thing Didn't get to stay! They wanted me to pay because booking.com didn't pay them. I have receipts showing the paper trail

The room was quite spacious and clean. Loved that there was 2 AC units. The "breakfast".. its not really even breakfast.. its more of muffins, granola bars, and coffee. When you book it says "breakfast included" but that is definitely not breakfast. So they should either remove from the description that it's breakfast included or they should actually offer a real breakfast menu.

Good location, clean.

Having my house painted, and needed to stay so I could get a good nights sleep. The air conditioning was working incredibly well, my dogs and my daughter were cool and comfortable. Shades really kept daylight out, my room was dark and incredibly comfortable. Definitely will be back.

I had a great stay at this hotel. Front desk staff were extremely helpful and kind. The bed was super comfy
