At that price point a little bit more hospitality next to coffee would have been 5 stars.

The shower floor was a little slippery in spots. The adjustment for the volume control on the remote control did not work at times. When you press the negative key on the remote control the volume did not lower but instead it increased. Everything else was great.

The refrigerator did not get cold, and water was leaking from inside. The maintenance that came said that it had to reset and the water would go away. Unfortunately, this never happened.

Wonderful hotel, I was just upset because I made a mistake at the time of booking and booked two rooms and they charged me for both rooms. I explained the misunderstanding, because it was for the same person and they still charged me.

I thought the property was good. Great location to the shopping outlets. The breakfast buffet was a little pricey but good. All in all it was a good stay. The only drawback was the pool was out of service.

Other than the housekeeping staff and the bartender everyone else was not welcoming and seemed annoyed when asked a question.
