Friendly staff breakfast was good.

We have a wonderful experience at this hotel. The breakfast was delicious & the property was excellent. We will definitely stay in the further.

The rooms were very nice the only issue was the last day of our stay that the manager got very disgusting and ended up calling the police because our car was declined and they needed a new card this Expedia app told me I had to have the card your card in by 22:46pm of the same day she rang our phone at 3:00 p.m. and told us that she was going to call the police and got very nasty nonetheless to say never again!!!! I tried to explain that I was having health issues and my card was lost amongst the room as to which she could have cared less... Very racist and disgusting and unprofessional manager and employee at the check-in desk with red hair. She the manger dragged out the situation which was a simple mistake on my part that was in the process of being fixed as I was on the phone with my bank as I was talking to them about payment

Staff are very friendly and look for ways to help you. Breakfast was great and always on time. Location is also a plus, since it's within walking distance of the outlet mall, which, by the way, offers a wide variety of brand-name stores at super prices and discounts. If you happen to book over the summertime, you will enjoy its outdoor pool.

Got to the hotel and the elevator was down both of them. Got in my room. And the tv didnt work told the front desk and i was told someone would be there to fix the tv in the next hour. I waited for a long time before i fixed it myself i had to pull the wires out from behind the tv to see what was wrong. Finally i got it working. Left my room on the 3rd day and made sure my do not disturb wasn't on the door. I needed towels and garbage removed. I returned to see a new do not disturb placard hanging. Walked in and it looked the same as it did when I left that morning. But the placard I put on the table was sitting there so I had 2 do not disturb. Ive been to this hotel several times over the past year. It is definitely going down hill

The hotel overall was decent. The breakfast was not stocked up either day that we went. The pull-out sofa in our room did not appear to have clean sheets. The staff was very friendly, however.
