I arrived at 11:30 am and asked for early check-in. Clerk was indifferent and not very courteous. Clerk asked for $50 early check-in fee despite being told I had a long trip and was very tired. Check in fee could have been waived and I should’ve been allowed an early check-in as a courtesy. Sometimes a little give goes a long way for future bookings with same facility. Property needs a facelift. Side door was unlocked and people were going in and out without using room key. Did not feel secure. Clerk indifferent , not empathetic , and too busy on iPhone.

The hotel is in the perfect location. Easy to get to and plenty of parking. The hotel is clean, the rooms are spacious and clean . The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is delicious from the coffee to the fruit! There’s something for everyone, even cold brew!! The pool an hot tub were wonderful at the end of a busy day sightseeing.

Room with finger prints all over the cabinets. Pool area with no pool towels. Friendly staff. 3 bedroom suite without space in the common area

Pool was freezing which was a bummer because we got a night so our toddler can swim. Would not book here again probably because of that.

Great location, indoor pool and hot tub. The suites are spacious and equipped with kitchenette area. The complimentary breakfast is amazing, plenty of options. It’s very convenient. I highly recommend this hotel.

Comfy clean room, nice front desk and breakfast staff. Hot tub was not hot and maintainable man in charge of it would not do anything about it no matter how many customers mentioned it to him. More like bath water then jacuzzi . Pool was not heated as advertised either.
