I had one night slp there every thing was amazing clean and good breakfast was so fresh and yummy

When you need to be in the Riverhead area this is the place. Large room, nice view over the docks, ease of parking, wonderful breakfast and attentive staff. Only complaint was the Air Conditioner- couldn’t regulate the fan and that made it noisy

Well as I just wrote it was overfilled and there was no parking, instead I woke up at 12:37 to slamming doors and a overly used room in my absence. Although I put a do not disturb sign on my handle every time I left or came back new debris was left behind by who knows. Then although I checked out early as there were finally ample parking spots and a delivery advertising van blocking the entrance was finally moved in the pouring rain I then brought a small carry on and a couple bags in. I returned to cheap fragrances sprayed all over my room and the same creepy staff from a competing hotel creeping around unable to let me into the property at 1am. Then he decided to make sure to pass me on his was to the bathroom adding additional discomfort to my already challenged night of not much rest let alone sleep. As for the free breakfast there was nothing allergy wise I could tolerate after the repeated evening disturbances

Great short weekend trip with me and my wife for a wedding! Great staff! Great little gym, great breakfast. Didn’t use the pools. Walking distance to other bars and restaurants. Would stay here again for sure!

I am not sure wheee all the good reviews are coming from. Staying here is not much different than Motel 6. The breakfast is mediocre and the place needs a renovation bad.

Good location. Rooms were good size, friendly staff and excellent breakfast. I was with my wife only but saw many families with children enjoying the pools. This was my second stay at The Hyatt and will go again.Location is very good as you are 10 to 15 minutes away fron the Wine trail.
