The bathroom was very dirty and we found a bed bug in the mattress. We left before our stay ended; I was very scared to bring those animals with me.

Very nice hotel, friendly staff and the room was a great size. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone visiting Kansas City.

Shower floor was slick from the soap. Need a grab Barr in shower due to the slick floor.

Rooms were beautiful and comfortable. Casino side the smoke smell was so over powering. Also we were told there are 6 restaurants on site but only 1 was accessible to under 21. Very inconvenient for those traveling.

Room was clean. Shower was huge and amazing. The shampoo, conditioner, and body soap in the bathroom smelled amazing.

Clean facility, helpful/friendly staff, excellent restaurants, and superb casino.

Clean room. Good breakfast. Only issue we had was that most food/bars close at 10pm. The Chinese place is the only one open past 10 on Thursday night..

Housekeeping let this place down badly. My room felt like it hadn't been vacuum cleaned in a while with crumbs and debris all over the carpet.
