good presentation, when i checked in the guy was not very friendly but the rest of the staff was very helpful. i asked someone for directions and the gladly helped and there was another person in the casino that was very friendly and helpful when i asked a question, they have plenty of options for parking, the tv had live tv, the curtains were room darkening, there was a bench in the shower and they provided big bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash on my booking it said it would be a river view room but it wasnt, the bathroom doors do not touch when you shut them so there's a gap that people can see you showering through, the shower was tricky to figure out and the water didnt get too hot, the room didnt have a microwave

First: the over all staff interactions were very mid, no one other then the bartenders and the greeter into the casino were even very friendly, most looked sick and tired of being there. They weren't rude but it was clear this was not a great place to work for, We also paid for an early check in and I called and double checked and was assured we'd be able to have one. When we got there the desk person informed us early check in was at 2:30 and I had to point out we had paid extra and then we were able to check in. This was after we did give the person our information and the reservation was pulled up. Second the room. The room itself is nice sized, it was clean, the bed was comfortable but it was little things that made this room feel dated and worn out. First, simple fix where the tile met the carpet it had worn and there was long carpet threads just hanging loose, not like a couple but enough anyone would notice, it could have been trimmed with scissors or something just to clean it up. Next the room had a smell, it was rather off putting and it was worse in the little closet but we did get used to it so did not say anything as we didn't wanna have to move. The lamp shades were just a little worn out and lopsided. Third food. The breakfast place they have in there again was very mid, Pasties looked old, coffee was just okay. Over all: Stay if good price, Eat elsewhere.

Facility was clean and we had a fun time in casino. Food was good in the sports bar. Location was easy to fine and close to other things we had planned. A little pricey per night. No breakfast available until 11am

I was told it was "my fault" that my door key did not work.

It’s a beautiful property, well maintained and immaculate. The bed comfortable. The only downside was how long it took to get hot water on the bathroom.

In my opinion the price of the room PLUS an additional amenity fee are a bit high when there aren’t really any unique amenities that other hotels don’t also offer. No pool/hot tub, and food is offered a the various restaurants for an additional cost. There are vending machines, although one was down. Sounds like there is a spa (for additional cost) although we did not see it while we were there. The cafe on the main floor near the casino was reasonably priced. Overall it was a nice stay for the night while in town for a concert nearby and we would stay again!

The room was fairly nice. The size of the shower was awesome. The bathroom and room in general were a nice size. The overall facility (hallways and elevators) were clean. The pillows were so thin that i had to go buy myself a pillow so i had support. The mattress was not comfy either. The shower was a bit mildewed and in need of some care. You could smell the casino as soon as you walked into the hotel check in area. The smoke was very strong. We easily heard the talking of the people in the room next to us. I've never seen walls so thinly insulated! The parking was not that close to the entry and we always had to enter by the check in desk.
