Loud AC metal grinding. Door did not lock. Terrible odor

We didn't use any of the extras so can't say anything about that. We just needed a place to stay. The A/C was working, but not great. But it was also over 100 degrees and so humid, so I imagine all units had a hard time keeping up. There are no USB hook ups so be sure to bring a plug in thing to hook your USB cord into. Shower pressure was good and towels were plentiful and clean. We would stay here again.

Well where do I begin I was disappointed that the pool was not in operation and maybe closed down permanently as one or two articles on the internet indicated otherwise everything was so outdated and everything was not that clean the lavatory sink plunger was broke and it looked like there was some kind of glue or worm thing coming from there the carpet was very outdated and I just didn't feel very sanitary being in the room like I wanted to put hand sanitizer all over me when I left paid a hundred bucks for 20 or 30 bucks more with my discount from hotels.com I could have stayed at The Argosy Casino Hotel next door which is extremely nice I will not be back

Umm it was close to a casino. Everything was pretty gross. Mattress was wrapped 15 times with sheets. Floor felt oily/wet. Room had an odd odor that smelled of mildew. Also fridge didn’t work and it leaked water all over the floor. Walls had a yellow tint as if they have been smoked in although signs are posted saying no smoking.

Nothing The picture showed a pool and when called up there they said they had a pool but the pool been closed for 6 years the lady said and it looks nothing like the pictures
