False advertising on Expedia website regarding room details. Rude and hateful treatment by all staff members. First room assigned to us had open window that would not latch shut. When we asked to change rooms due to security concerns, staff was even more hateful and rude. Second room that was assigned had zero hot water and absolutely no water pressure. So we were unable to use the shower/bath.Worst experience booking through Expedia that I have had by far.

Employees were creepy and made us feel very uncomfortable during our stay. My friend had to stay in our room because of how dirty it was. Her door didn’t deadbolt. There were stains and messes on the wall. The lighting fixtures were all broken. Key cards stopped working twice. Bed was broken and would tip on one side

absolutely disgusting. toe nail clippings on the floor, “mysterious white stains” all over the mattress skirt, dust ridden vents, burned and stained carpet floor. Next time i’ll just sleep in my car, at least my doors actually lock and it doesn’t reek of mold and cigarettes.

Clean close to venue, light breakfast and coffee!

Conveniently located and easy to check in and comfortable beds. They even had Netlix on tv. Its a no-frills hotel but nice and a great value.

I am covered in bed bug bites.

We didn't use any of the extras so can't say anything about that. We just needed a place to stay. The A/C was working, but not great. But it was also over 100 degrees and so humid, so I imagine all units had a hard time keeping up. There are no USB hook ups so be sure to bring a plug in thing to hook your USB cord into. Shower pressure was good and towels were plentiful and clean. We would stay here again.

Well where do I begin I was disappointed that the pool was not in operation and maybe closed down permanently as one or two articles on the internet indicated otherwise everything was so outdated and everything was not that clean the lavatory sink plunger was broke and it looked like there was some kind of glue or worm thing coming from there the carpet was very outdated and I just didn't feel very sanitary being in the room like I wanted to put hand sanitizer all over me when I left paid a hundred bucks for 20 or 30 bucks more with my discount from hotels.com I could have stayed at The Argosy Casino Hotel next door which is extremely nice I will not be back
