Comfort Inn & Suites Riverton

Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The rooms were very clean. Breakfast was very good.

The pool and hot tub were very nice. For a complimentary breakfast it was amazing.

It was a very nice stay, the staff was very friendly,helpful,and warming. They were very attentive to needs when needed and would recommend them, and or if we are to return for another visit.

Dirty, unkept and understaffed

The staff when we arrived was not at the desk. Another guest said she was away taking care of something that came up. When she checked us in she had everything ready for us. The room was nice ly made up and furnished with towels. When I went to use the pool the hall, elevator and lobby were all caked with dries mud. There was a large group of college rodeo students staying there. The kids were walking into the lobby with their boots caked with mud. They didn't stop to brush them off at the door. There should be signs up to or have an area for wiping their boots off. We have stayed at this hotel when numerous times to see who stays here. Also, workers that work in the field would benefit from this type of facility clean up area. I mentioned to the front desk regarding all the dried mud. She just laughed and said I know. The floor was not cleaned up. So I was trying to walk around the mud in the elevator on my way up from the pool. We stayed two nights and did not receive new towels or room service. I brought all my dirty towels down to the desk and asked for fresh towels. Let her know we did not receive room service. All she said is I can get you fresh towels. Both mornings the breakfast was great! The people serving and prepping did a great job, also very polite!

Nice variety of breakfast,

Building is old but clean. I had to ask at desk for towels and wash clothes. We stayed 5 nights and they never refreshed room. Had to ask them to empty trash and clean bathroom. One night our key cards didn't work. Breakfast was basic, no fruit and always out of coffee. Understaffed Wasn't worth over $1000 for 5 nights.

The only thing I was disappointed in was neither of the two waffle makers worked. These waffles are something I look forward to when staying at Choice properties

The staff were really helpful.

The attendant at breakfast needs further training. You could see him standing in the back room doing nothing while all of the tables were dirty. Breakfast items like coffee and hot breakfast items were empty so you needed to ask him for replenishments. The breakfast was good though.

We were put in a room where the toilet ran all night and kept us up. There was no reason we should have been given that room and when we addressed this with the front staff they basically did not care. We spent $160 for the room and had the worst night sleep ever.

Over all good stay. We came for the powwow and stayed here. Good price and comfortable. We were only here to sleep and shower. Didn’t use any amenities. Breakfast was decent. Bedding was questionable. Staff at check in was great.

Problem with first room. Could not get a Ki g bed in the second. Hot tub was not working.
