Reception was efficient but not that friendly and was smoking heavily right outside reception front door.

2. Wifi didn't work 3 of the 7 nights 3. Advertised a Jacuzzi, but the jets didn't work. OK place for a night but not for any longer.

Very spacious room, clean and great location

We were moved to a second room, but unfortunately the AC didn’t work there either. The staff did offer us a free night and said the AC would be fixed the next day, but the room never cooled down. We ended up not sleeping at all because of the heat, which made for a miserable experience. The one bright spot was the maintenance man — he was friendly, quick, and clearly doing his best to help. We ultimately checked out, but we never received the promised free night and are still waiting to hear back from management. Overall, this was a very frustrating stay and not what we expected for $190 a night.

The property and rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was tasty, there was bacon and eggs so it was nice to have hot protein. The staff was helpful and friendly.

Staff were very nice. Breakfast was okay and room there were crumbs on side of bed between nightstand and bed also room key on floor and holder for key over on another part of floor from previous stay 😳

The breakfast was great. The pool and hot tub was a huge plus for the kids. Staff was friendly but didn't actually need any help from them. Room was clean, good size, and beds were comfortable.

Typical comfort inn& suites. It was clean, bathroom was well stocked and clean Beds made and clean. Breakfast was kinda ho hum. Not bad just not a lot of choices.

I thought the rate was a bit too high

Electrical by the bed did not work, the phone did not work the tv didn’t work till morning. There was no maintenance help
