Sundowner Station

They were amazing and very helpful

Our tv didn’t work. Their boiler was down so Luke warm showers. The room was clean. The parking was good. The air conditioning worked good but no tv and Luke warm showers we won’t go back.

They need the fix there hot water. Turn to hot and all it got was cool warm water not good

We went down the street and paid out-of-pocket for another hotel nights stay because I felt completely unsafe at the Sundowner facility!!!! This has NEVER happened to us throughout all the years we have relied on Hotel.com to help us choose a great and safe place for our family to stay!!! I am completely disappointed and confused as to why the Sundowner is even on the Hotel.com website. Especially when there are plenty of name brand and reliable places to choose from. I guess it is my fault that I repected Hotel.com choose of hotels in any given location!!! Going forward I may need to rethink my association with Hotel.com.

The property was dusty, dirty, and the room had a hole in the curtain, standing dust on the baseboards, and a strong smell of animal urine. The staff was very friendly, though! It felt like the room had potential, but wasn't properly maintained.

Bed so so. No breakfast, no anything. Just a sleep over. But nice staff

Room clean, beds comfortable, staff friendly.

Room was very clean and comfortable; the only negative is the electrical outlets need upgraded in order to eliminate the extension cords that have too many items plugged into them. I like that the doors do not have automatic closers; you have to manually close them so you do not have doors slamming and waking you at odd hours.

The staff were friendly and accommodating

The freezer was a giant block of ice and needs defrosted. The remote to the tv didn’t work for either of the tvs in the rooms we were in. We even changed remotes and that didn’t help so the tv volume was stuck on high and had to be unplugged to turn it off. The room wasn’t vacuumed and had moths and spider webs next to the sliding door. The front desk guy was nice though and tried his best by giving a new remote even though it didn’t work.

It is an older motel but very well maintained. The beds were comfy and rooms and commons were very clean. The green area is the sweetest little spot. The rooms are small as most older motels but it has everything you need, and for the price we will be back to stay again!!!!

I thought this was a very nice place to stay but we are of the crowd that has never set foot in any 5 star “ritsy” place like the Four Seasons! It was clean, smelled nice, comfortable beds (or I was just really tired but I don’t think so), and a really good place to stay! It’s an old building but we never heard anyone else in their room and it didn’t have the “old” feel when you were in the room! It was a good place to stay and I feel comfortable staying there again if I have to!

Second time staying here accommodated us while we waiting to move into our house! Pet friendly! Thank you!

Room was very clean. Its an older property but it was very nice. We were in 2nd floor so a balcony was great! The price was also very reasonable! I will stay again!

I have stayed in some very, very nice hotels. I mean the top of the line and I’ll call Diane Express Aldi in love this Sundance soda hotel in Riverton Wy is the quietest hotel I have ever stayed in. You do not hear people walking down the hall talking, screaming, jumping up above you down below you knocking on the walls on the sides of you cars out in the street. This is the quietest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. We will be staying there again. We go to Riverton quite frequently and it has become a mean hotel now it’s not brand new. It’s an older one, but it’s clean as a gym ass. If you want no pool no breakfast a hotel.
