Holiday Inn Riverton by IHG

The reasons we got a suite at this spot was bc of the pool (which was closed) & jacuzzi tub: which was discolored from age & use, and parts of it were broken, plus the drain lever refused to stay down so I had to hold it down for quite some time to get the tub drained. The cushions on the couches & chairs were peeling off. The AC was challenging to turn on, but runs COLD. We went to the bar around 8pm on a Tuesday night. There was 1 person to bartend & serve the entire room. After 15 mins of waiting for the gal to START making my drink, I told her to not worry about it because I was going elsewhere.

Great staff! Having the bar and a restaurant for the win!

clean room, kind staff, good breakfast restaurant, a nice courtyard in the middle of the hotel, accommodations for large groups, a small pool inside. big tv, microwave, refrigerator, keurig coffee maker in room. outlets all over the place. dove shampoo/conditioner/hand wash/body lotion/body wash in bathroom. amazing water pressure. easy to find location. close to restaurants, gas stations, grocery stores. easy access to nearby major roadways. had a great time! would definitely recommend!

The rooms were good and the front desk staff was fine. The only thing that made me a little curious was when the waitress doordashed taco bell and ate it at the bar... the breakfast was the best we had out of the three four hotel we stayed at during our trip. The breakfast room will be the reason we stay there again.

Layout is sprawling & difficult to get to your room. Dirty towels, sheets & laid in hallway floors overnight. Air conditioner was loud & "repairman" who checked it-said "it is okay" & shared he had lived in the room for 50+ days. No free breakfast.

If you just need a quiet place to spend a night or two, this hotel is okay. But make sure you ask about the breakfast situation; there is no complimentary continental breakfast, and the breakfast in the hotel restaurant is a little pricey for a so-so meal. We didn't use it, but the exercise room seemed a little limited. The pool being essentially right in the lobby was a bit odd too. The staff in general were very pleasant and helpful, although the cleaning crew did miss our room one of the four nights we were there.

The restaurant was excellent

Room was a mess, no blow dryer, half the towels [enough for 1 person] blown light bulb, dirty floor in bathroom, kids screaming and banging on doors from 12am-3am

Staff were nice and helpful Unclean mostly due to workers staying. Staff tried but obviously could not keep up.

I booked this room through expedia. I called the hotels local number to speak to a front desk representative to ask if they had a pool and a hot tub. The person I spoke to told me that they have both also that the pool was heated. I booked and found out that there was no hot tub , and the pool was not heated. So it was not a good time for my children , and I was hoping to relax in the hot tub. The staff was very friendly and helpful.So no complaints there. The room was standard for the price point.

Room was good but they put us in a wheelchair room which we needed however the bed is too high - beds should be lower in height for people in wheelchairs- also there was a guy Nextdoor to our room who literally was watching a horror film all night long - which meant No sleep - unfortunately not the best experience
