Ice machine is broken, no availability for a senior on the first floor? I suspect they move brokered room bookings to lesser accommodations.... Broken door, no ice, room was open when I arrived, original room was unavailable due to vandalism Would not use again -

Do not stay here. The advertised premium bedding was what appeared to be bloody sheets with hair on them and two pillowcases with what appeared to be a piece of cardboard in them. The toilet was used with what appeared to be blood on the toilet seat. I informed the staff of the atrocities and left the place. Expedia would not refund, even though we were unable to stay in that room.

When we checked into the hotel, the clerk was very friendly, checked us in, and told us quiet hours started at 9:00pm. That first night, there were people sitting on a bench literally right next to our window drinking and yelling til after 11:00. The next night, some random lady was pounding on our door at 1:00am. We obviously didn’t answer, but it was really weird. People were coming and going from this hotel at all hours. The room itself smelled clean, but it had 2 bars of soap for the amenities. No cups, no little bottles of shower gel, etc. and for some weird reason, there was no bottom fitted sheet. There was a flat sheet that I guess was supposed to be the bottom sheet, except it didn’t stay on the bed, so we were always on the mattress pad, or the mattress itself. So if you used the sheet to lay on, you raw dogged it against the scratchy blanket or the comforter. Bring your own bedding if you decide to stay here.

There was no soap and only half a roll of toilet paper in the bathroom

Availability and location. The bath and shower were both clean and worked well. The unit had not been vacuumed. There wasn't any toilet tissue in the bathroom. There wasn't a wastebasket anywhere in the room. There was no remote for the TV and the speakers were blown. You could turn the TV on but were limited to the one station that it was tuned to. The bottom inside of one of the nightstand drawers was covered with a sticky substance. A shelf in the refrigerator was broken. The glass rotating plate in the microwave oven was missing. Neither of the nightstand lamps worked. A metal mattress guide for the bed stuck out dangerously from the bed. There was no drain stopper for the sink. Some of the walls needed to be washed down. There was an ice bucket but no cups anywhere. Also, there was no tissue in the Kleenex holder. The AC unit seemed to work sporadically. One of the bath towels was significantly worn. I went to the office to ask about getting some toilet paper and a TV remote but no one was in. I left a voice message on the contact phone number.

Good place

Nothing No tv, sheets unclean, shower head fell off, no trash can. It was BAD
-
Quite Very outdated , No coffee or anything in room
-
Nothing We were turned away by the person at the front desk saying they were not able to honor our reservation as they were already full and had no vacancy. Two days later we were charged by booking.com/OYO/Tomahawk as "no show." UNACCEPTABLE! We will never use booking.com again to book a hotel.

Clean for a oyo

Location Rooms were only superficially clean. There were spilled items behind the dresser and lots of dust and grime on the harder to reach areas. Also, the shower clogged really fast and the doors didn't shut very tightly so I could smell the cigarettes of smokers outside my room.

My room was fine. I did not bring a pet, so not sure what they had for them.

I didn’t stay. The bed had sand in it, the pillows were worn out, the people LIVING in the motel were noisy and when the domestic fighting began I left. I travel with a service dog and he was on high alert while we were there. Overall a horrible experience for a woman traveling alone. I was in the room a total of 3 hours before deciding to move on.

Convenient. Air conditioner would only run for 2 hiur periods. Fridge didn't have a freezer section. Bed was supposed to be a king but only queen.
-
The staff were awesome and very accomodating! The TV remote wasn't working so no TV for the kids
-
It was convenient for what we were there for. The air conditioner didn't stay on. The fridge didn't have a freezer section. The bed was only a queen.

Rooms was good for the price, there was restaurants near by. The room was good however the tv volume was on high and the remote would not control it, after 3 and a half hours and 3 trips to the office it never did get fixed, very inconvenient.

We were really fortunate they did not have a room available. Then Booking.com charged us triple (three separate charges) for a room that night. We are now using Expedia for the rest of our trip. The rude desk clerk. The bad neighborhood. The place didn't look as nice as the pictures online.
