Comfort Suites Roanoke - Fort Worth North

All in. All a nice quite place to have some time alone or with a friend.

The property looks to have been recently remodeled to some extent. The staff were friendly, the room was very clean and the area was quiet. It's a pretty easy drive to airport as well.

Breakfast was better than average. Good selection of cold and hot foods. Beds were extremely comfortable. The bathroom lighting could have been better.

Rooms were clean and breakfast was good they had a variety of foods.

Poor

No.

Just overall a terrible experience

It was 89 degrees in our room when we got there. There was trash on the bathroom floor. The TV did not work. The ottoman was torn and ripped all over. The ice machine did not work on the second floor. The door to the stairs slammed shut every time it was opened, waking everyone on the floor up. The only positive thing I can say is that the lady that helped with breakfast was very pleasant.

The stay was peaceful and the AC ran cold Cold AC

It was close to home. Everything was old and smelly and unclean. Customer service was awful,we were misled by hiding info regarding pets and were charged $300 for 2 little dogs, more than the price for the room for 3 people. Scammers, keep away and be aware.

Very good

room was filthy and dated

location room was filthy and dated

What a great experience, the room was clean , the sweet lady from the evening is phenomenal, breakfast had a great variety , just wished they would of changed it a bit on different days ( maybe do bacon one day verses sausage every day) and put some grated cheese to put on eggs 😇 loved the hot tub and pool . Will definitely be coming back

My first night there I was bitten 11 times by bed bugs. I told the receptionist at the front desk and she gave me another room. I had to pack everything up and move to another room in the middle of the night. I couldn’t sleep cause the bites itched so bad. I was told by the manager I would be reimbursed 2 nights and have not received anything. I will never stay there again.

Always a great experience when we stay there.

Run down hotel, bug infestation and rude staff

Todo estuvo bien

This property is clean and easy to access from the 114 highway. Older and in need of a little refreshing (worn carpet) but nice overall.
