I would love to have microwave, refrigerator in the room.

The pool was being renovated, there was bo refrigerator in the room, and there were bo luggage carts.

The bed was like sleeping on a cardboard!! The Tv didn’t work but on one channel!!

Room dirty and shower made horrible noise when it came on.

Awful they need to tear this down and renovate this place. Hotel has a very unpleasant smell I won’t be back

Overall just a nice stay. Efficient check-in, hotel was very clean as was the room. Would have liked to have had a safe and a refrigerator in the room but was fine without them. Casino is adjacent to the hotel, easy access. Good experience!

Quiet and comfortable and reasonable priced. Dining options were more limited than I expected with the restaurant and buffet only open weds- Sun. I’d stay again

DONT BOOK IF YOU HAVE KIDS! This place would not refund me. I did not realize kids could not access the property even with the pool, restaurants, buffet or rooms. I did not see a 21 and up policy on Expedia. I didn’t realize this until I was checking food options on our way there in the middle of our 12 hour trip and we had booked this place as a stopping point for the night. I even called ahead of time to make sure they received my booking a month in advance and the lady did not mention this was location was only for 21 and older. I understand it is a casino but the casino in my home town allows children birthday parties to be booked for the hotel rooms and the pool. Kids are allowed into the various restaurants where I’m from and they have the casino area blocked off with security that ID before letting in. I am disappointed because I thought this would be a nice and fun place to stay since it was just me and my mother and my 6 year old traveling alone and I wanted an area with lots of people for our safety to avoid someone taking advantage of us in a dark low traffic area since we are women. I never would of thought to think a hotel would not allow kids but will be double checking the next time. I seen other reviews that stated the kids options at a certain restaurant was not good. In their guest polices it states “ This policy considers guests of any age to be an adult.” I didn’t see this at first plus it’s very confusing. They need to advertise this on Expedias site!

The hall smelled like weed it was so bad I almost threw up had to hold my breath every time I walked out of the room the floors in our room were dirty and everything was covered in dust

Great location, great price, great room I only have one complaint about : there was no hot water in the shower/ the sink had hot water but cold shower.

Everything was amazing for my boyfriends birthday

Everything was very clean and nice the staff was friendly except for the bar staff on Friday and Saturday night we tipped and they complained it was enough and very rude the band was great though The bar staff was terrible

The casino was fantastic I love it and I would recommend it to all of my friends and family. The staff was very friendly That the room I had didn't have a refrigerator or microwave and I had no way of storeing my food or to heat it up

There was bedbugs and the bed was terrible.

Check in was easy. Room was clean. Tv and ac worked great. Vent fan in bathroom was not working. Toilet paper was sitting far away from the toilet. They need to put toilet paper holders in the bathroom so you don’t have to get up to get the paper to wipe! lol The store for drinks and snacks should be open 24 hours in case you need something. No drinks were ever offered at the slots so people had to watch each others machines to go to the bar and get a drink and pay for them. The attendants never came to help at the machines so patrons would spend 30 minutes looking for someone to help. I usually go to the HorseShoe Casino and don’t have any of these problems so next time I will go there. I’m always wanting to try a new place to gamble but I give them a 3 star review for the casino and the attendants but a 4 or 5 on the hotel. Read all the reviews if you’re planning on having a good experience!

Room was a very spacious and clean

The tub in the hotel room had hair in it the towel that was in the room was dirty

The front desk staff was very excellent on the day check in 2 gentleman and a lady who I assumed was a manger. They were on point friendly and fast I liked everything
