The hallway outside our room was very loud. You could hear every door closed. Loud voices at all hours of the night. Very hard to get restful sleep due to the noise.

It has out-dated rooms, but the rest is decent.

The casino and food places were awesome! The room was not as expected, floors were dirty and had a film. Smoke detectors started beeping from different rooms the entire stay so it was hard to sleep. Bed was very old and worn out.

Rooms are nasty smell like cigarettes and weed everywhere and both locks on our first room was broke from someone kicking the door in. We ended up leaving and going to gold strike casino hotel 5 minutes away.

We had a handicap non smoking room, it was clean, no problems at all

This is a very outdated hotel. Beds are terribly uncomfortable with springs coming through.

Not much. Friendly Front Desk Staff. Breakfast was not served the day we checked out. Paid for three adults, only had towels for two. Desk lamp didn't work. Had 2nd reservation for return home after visiting sick relative. Second room: Same towel situation. Bathroom did not have a toilet paper holder. Toilet paper was on the sink where you could not reach it. This is a hard situation for handicap people. This is a handicap room.

Room needed a deep clean. It was dusty. The floor needed swept and mopped. No bags in trash can. Staff was not friendly or helpful at all. We was on the casino floor playing for 3 hours and no waitress came by for a drink.
