RESTAURANTS FOR WAS GOOD. NO COFFEE MAKER,NO SAFE DEPOSIT BOX,NO REFRIG, SHEETS HAD HOLES AND STAINS ON THEM. THE LACK OF CASINO WAITER AND NO COMPLIMENTARY SODA/ COFFEE MACHINES WITHOUT WAITING ON VERY FEW PEOPLE TO TAKE YOUR ORDER!!!

It took us almost 30 minutes to check in while employees stood behind the counter talking. We had no hot water in our room.

The staff was good but the hotel was not kept clean at all. Our room had mold in the bathroom. The shower, the floor and floor boards was full of it.

I fell down on your way too slippery bathroom floor and hurt my back. I had to stay in bed for 3 weeks because it was too painful to raise up. My son said he had to put his shoes on to go in the bathroom. I would like for someone from there to call me as I deserve a settlement for all the pain. But no one has called to see how I am. Bathroom floors!!!

Location was fine but it was a bit of a walk for me to get inside I have COPD I have a really had time breathing all the staff were helpful and caring thanks for the wonderful experience There wasn't anything I didn't like .I had a most pleasant stay thanks again

The comfort of having the hotel connected to the casino. The staff wasn't very friendly upon checking in, the casino was alright except for the place we ate lunch at. We had to stand at the register for a few minutes while the employees complained about their paychecks. Then it took even more time to get our food from Fudruckers. Overall experience I won't be staying there again.

We stayed there purposely for their fireworks on the 4th and valet parking as we are both in mobility scooters. Their website said they had both. Well they had neither. Very disappointed. The room was very nice and handicap accessible.

Hotel itself was clean til we got to the room the room wasn't swept the chair in the room was peeling couldn't even sit in the chair. The bugs were horrendous in the room not comfortable at all.

Not very good facilities for handicap . To long a walk to casino floor if you don’t get handicap room and I didn’t .
