We had a handicap non smoking room, it was clean, no problems at all

This is a very outdated hotel. Beds are terribly uncomfortable with springs coming through.

Not much. Friendly Front Desk Staff. Breakfast was not served the day we checked out. Paid for three adults, only had towels for two. Desk lamp didn't work. Had 2nd reservation for return home after visiting sick relative. Second room: Same towel situation. Bathroom did not have a toilet paper holder. Toilet paper was on the sink where you could not reach it. This is a hard situation for handicap people. This is a handicap room.

Room needed a deep clean. It was dusty. The floor needed swept and mopped. No bags in trash can. Staff was not friendly or helpful at all. We was on the casino floor playing for 3 hours and no waitress came by for a drink.

Well kept The pool was still closed

It took us almost 30 minutes to check in while employees stood behind the counter talking. We had no hot water in our room.

The staff was good but the hotel was not kept clean at all. Our room had mold in the bathroom. The shower, the floor and floor boards was full of it.

I fell down on your way too slippery bathroom floor and hurt my back. I had to stay in bed for 3 weeks because it was too painful to raise up. My son said he had to put his shoes on to go in the bathroom. I would like for someone from there to call me as I deserve a settlement for all the pain. But no one has called to see how I am. Bathroom floors!!!
