Rooms are clean and comfortable. Steakhouse restaurant is very good. Other than the Steakhouse, hotel staff is not very friendly.

The hotel itself is very dated and, more importantly, did not feel clean. The carpet in our room was visibly dirty and so unpleasant that I did not feel comfortable taking off my flip-flops and walking barefoot at any point during our stay. Cleanliness is one of the most basic expectations when staying at a hotel, and unfortunately, this property fell well below that standard. Even more concerning, my spouse was extremely itchy all over his body the following morning after sleeping in the room. We cannot say for certain what caused it, but it was concerning enough that it added to our discomfort and made us question the overall cleanliness of the room and bedding. The valet experience was also disappointing. The valet attendant was rude and lacked basic courtesy. Despite his attitude, after he brought our vehicle around, we still chose to give him a tip. There was no acknowledgment, appreciation, or even a simple “thank you.” Overall, the lack of cleanliness, dated condition of the property, and poor customer service made this a very unpleasant stay. For the price and the level of hospitality expected from a hotel, we expected much better. Hostess at the sports grill was rude and got wrist bands both days still got if’s everyone I entered the floor so what was the point in standing there for 10 minutes to get wrist bands. Otherwise trip was great. Good food loved the bartenders and shoutout to Mo at the Sports grill for amazing service and excellent personality.

The location, next to other properties. The staff was great , friendly, very quick. The rooms are not what you would expect from a casino property. Comparable to a national mediocre hotel chain. The gaming was so poor we spent very little time there. I expect to lose my money, however I expected to get to play a little while anyway. We moved next door to gamble, way better experience.

Pretty good for a casino hotel. No major complaints. The free play, and food credits were a welcome addition.
