Horseshoe Tunica Hotel & Casino - A Caesars Rewards Destination

Not what I expected for a Caesars property. Felt like a motel. I never leave reviews! So yes it was bad! Not sure this place will be around in ten years or less.

We enjoyed our stay, the room was nice and everything was clean. Our only complaint was that the staff were not very friendly.

The beds in our room was super comfy. Slept all night long.

Disappointing

Check in time was 4. We could not get in our room until after 6. The staff was rude and unapologetic and lied to our faces multiple times. There was only 1 valet to service everyone. I was on the elevator with customers who were sent to their room only to find it already occupied. The casino is full of smoke. Overall a terrible experience. Will not be getting my business again.

Love the new remodel

For a four night stay, it was disappointing. It was told that the cleaning of a room is done only at checkout. Had to request for towels twice, one request to the front desk was never received the other request was to the cleaning staff that was taking care of checked out rooms. The hallway was never swept nor vacuumed the entire stay and carried a scent of old carpet that was cleaned in the past from the high traffic. Also, the room had not been dusted or wiped down in ages. There was no coffee nor coffee maker had to request for that as well. I was expecting it to be least to a Hotel standard since it was suppose to be a Resort which they charged a fee for per day.

I liked that there was a Starbucks in the lobby. The design of the place looks good. The hallways are unique. It's a sleek, futuristic look. It had a nice clean bathroom that I liked. The shower had plenty of water pressure which is a big plus. The room had comfortable beds and pillows. It also had a refrigerator. There was no microwave in the room OR by the ice machine. No microwave was incredibly disappointing. I got some good food from a restaurant in the casino but wasn't able to eat it all... the next morning I searched for the microwave but the staff told me there was not one :( I had to eat my leftovers cold. Now, for some reason, there was an awful smell in the hallways.. it was like a wet dog smell, very unpleasant. Okay

We thought the place was nice. Met all our needs.

We arrived late at night and the lady that welcomed us was very nice and cheerful! Room was clean and it was nice to have the AC on when we got there.

Restaurants were expensive. Room was great. Staff was friendly.
