Close to casino convenient. I didn’t like that even the water in the room cost extra..

The staff was great. The room was nice. There was an issue with the smoke alarm making noise all night long. When we brought it to the attention of the front desk upon check out.. she removed the resort fee which was very kind.

I was disappointed at their selection of beer. But, my biggest disappointment was the fire alarm in my room beeped every 60 seconds. I did not realize that until I went up to my room for the evening. The desk clerk said, "oh we have been having problems with that". I wondered why they still rented the room? But, they did switch me to another room the next day that was very nice.

Overall good. There was an incident that happened, my wife was disrespected and told this guys son to apologize. The man said he could do what he wants because he was a 7 tier member(diamond).

Stayed in the second floor and smoke detector started beeping in the middle of the night and continued. Informed front desk and told all 2nd floor rooms have that problem. Staff switched my room. 1AM the emergency alert came on waking the entire building only to cancel itself a few mins later. By then I couldn’t get back to sleep until 5 AM and had to be at work by 7:30 and drive to Jackson, MS on very little sleep. No concessions were offered to make up for this disastrous stay.

The key cards from several rooms stopped working after 2 nights stay and had to go thru the hassle of re-key. Also smoke alarm beeping constantly thru the day and night in the whole 2nd floor.
