The hotel is getting old and needs deep cleaning on the exterior. Interior is fine and clean but the bathrooms are getting outdated and falling apart

Dirty room, all but 1 restaurant shut down, tons of machines not in service, only 2 tables even open. I rarely leave negative reviews but this place was extremely disappointing. Stayed there multiple times in the past but will not be returning.

Our room was not ready at 4pm, after driving 5 hours to get there. we had to wait 1.5 hours to get a room and still didn't get the double room we requested. Also found out that there are NO cellular services inside the casino. Emergency calls only. This was very unexpected and upsetting for us. We will not be going back. So disappointing. We had stayed there several times in the past

My stay at Hollywood was awesome. It was quiet and clean.

The amenities were also in terrible condition. The hot tub was out of service, and the swimming pool was only partially filled. Even worse, the water was dirty and disgusting, making it completely unusable. Overall, the hotel was poorly maintained and did not provide the quality or experience we expected for the price. I would not recommend staying here until major repairs, improvements, and better upkeep are made.

The whole placed smelled like Marijuana. The people following the band were all humping each other like a bunch of animals. Horrible experience.

It’s a casino We only had bathroom lights and two lamps that worked, the hair dryer didn’t work, the carpet in the hallway was past needing to be replaced because it is a trip hazard.

Check in and out was fast. The hotel is outdated. No continental breakfast. There was no toilet paper when we first got to the room had to ask for that. The restaurants were good
