The casino was nice, and we enjoyed the restaurant. The room was okay, a little rough around the edges, the carpet in the room and hallway was rolling up. The bathroom was in bad condition, the plumbing made noise when you showered. The pool was closed. No notice was shown when we booked.

The food court staff was less than helpful. Prices were ridiculous. Will go back but not for food.

breakfast was good. location was ok. non-working room safe. leaking cold water valve in bathroom sink. Not very many casino patrons compared to other casinos in the area. I am surprised they have not closed like Sams Boomtown.

The location we went to play at the casino and it was located in the same building They were renovating the pool so it was closed and it was advertised on booking

WiFi was intermittent from my room. I stayed in the second tower, in 7th floor. I had to use the casino WiFi to access internet for work.

One thing I like is the food options I didn't like that I requested handicap accessible and I didn't get it and I fell and asked the desk for pillows and it took a couple of days to receive them

Space was good. Beds were comfortable. No microwave or coffee pot

The room The power went out and my wife and i were unable to get back to the 2nd floor to our room. After asking several staff members if there was a set of stairs leading up and they told us yes. Unfortunately the 2nd floor door was locked and we were still unable to get to the room. After being told there was no other stairs i went walking across the hotel and found another set of stairs and eventually got back to the room we had just paid for. Security was rude to my wife. But its all good. Not even a comp for our troubles.

Tv didn’t work an no one came to fix it. Reported every day. Beds were squeaky and uncomfortable. We checked out after the second night. It was located in an isolated area with nothing around.

What breakfast?? No buffet, or areas for a good meal. No housekeeping or upkeep for the room. Called front desk, had to go down to get coffee refills and towels. King size bed was awful. Should never have been an available room. TV had nothing to offer. Will not pay $24.99 for (new) ? Movies. Offering of meals. Nothing to do if you weren’t gambling 24 hours a day. Could not find a gift shop. Should be mentioned when you book that Monday, Tuesday, and a Wednesday are off days with no amenities.
