Love it

it was ok

Lovely casino hotel which sadly closes in 2 months. The whole operation is a ghost town. Won $50 at slots. Hotel is very remote. Food choices limited. Sad to see it go…

the girls that work the front desk instead of saying hello how are you I got need a picture Id and credit card. The room was very clean.

Hotel is closing in November. Short staffed. Felt like in funeral. Staff was very friendly. Sad to see closure.

Everything was far better than expected since I knew they were closing in a month or so.
-
Saddened by the fact that it is closing. Skeleton staffing in hotel.

Need more machines to play on

This casino/hotel is closing in November. The employees learned of the closing the day of our arrival. To their credit, the staff treated us well and were quite nice. There were only about 10 rooms rented at most for the night. Apparently the casino/hotel has seen better days. Hopefully a new owner will emerge. Sam's Town was one of the original casinos. Too bad.

There was mold all over the wall and carpet next to the head board. Very obvious outvin the open and we were still given this room. To make matters worse there were no hospitality staff to deal with this issue. We just left and stayed elsewhere so now we try to get a refund... we shall see

Room stinks and it was dirty.

We stopped here in the way to Alabama cause my wife grew up in this place. Her family would come every weekend in the 90s early 2000s. The property has drastically changed. Half the hotel is closed and gone. The lights on the sign outside are mostly all out. The second floor casino is gone. This place used to be booming. There were more employees than customers on the casino floor. The slots are no where near loose. The staff was all incredible and friendly. The hotel room was clean and comfortable the AC worked well and it wasnt noisy at all.

The rates are good but you get what you pay for. My advice, spend a little more and go somewhere else

It was very quite, staff was very professional

The room literally should have been taken out of service. Spider webs everywhere. The refrigerator had dirt and hair in it. The ac/heat unit was not working properly. The toilet was the worse!!! Stained, unclean, unsanitary! The toilet seat should have been changed expeditiously!!!

Just ok. Place looked old.
