Loved the lobby decor and the check out person was very polite. Room shower didn't work properly. Called front desk and the check in lady was very rude when I requested another room.

Enough to all casinos and a short drive to Bass Pro Pyramid.

Easy access and the ice machine actually worked. If I gave one critique it would be to start a shuttle, at least to the casino that is close.

No issues with the hotel and most of the staff, but one individual needs a refresher course on hospitality and customer service. I did not appreciate being spoken to like an idiot over a simple yes or no question.
