The staff was kind and helpful. However, the room was dirty and had blood on one of the blankets.

Nothing AC makes a lot of noise and also the pillows are bad and need to be replaced and need new sheets on the bed. Breakfast is bad too.

Clean rooms, very friendly staff, great breakfast, awesome free shuttle to the Mayo(Rick and Mike were awesome) Good Coffee available all day!

Very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast area was nice, clean and good free hot breakfast. Stayed one night. Perfect for our needs. I also saw they had a shuttle to the Mayo clinic.

Quiet, clean room, great bed. No microwave in room or available downstairs for guests to use. Breakfast offered is definitely nothing special. Eggs with ham were slightly runny/ undercooked & chicken sausage was cold. I mentioned the cold sausage to attendant & he just shook his head & smiled. I don’t think he spoke English.
