The bed was comfortable and the room was small but was sufficient for the time we spent there. The breakfast was adequate with a nice variety.

Location and cleanliness were wonderful. Pot hole in the main entrance
-
Parking was good. Breakfast was poor. Front desk staff seemed like they didn't care
-
Easy check in and friendly staff The carpet (in the room) was in need of replacement.
-
Make sure all bathroom fixtures are working

Locals cannot stay here so don’t waste your time booking. Expedia should have some kind of an alert or something. Turned away at the counter- ruined my night!
-
The bed was really comfortable and had 4 pillows which were each different - soft to firm. There was nothing I did not like

Room, breakfast, and bed were all exceptional and so relaxing as I was traveling for board exam testing for my degree. All I needed was a comfy place to collapse before and afterwards, and Microtel did not disappoint. Nothing I can think of that I didn't like. Great location, close to my testing site. Everything was so close and easily accessible. :)

We stay at this hotel 5 or 6 times a year. The staff has always been great, the rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. It's also a very good value and it's located right across the parking lot from Broadway Pizza if you want to get dinner and a drink you can walk!
