Nice. I only stayed for one night, but I had a good experience at the Microtel in Rochester. My room was clean and comfortable, the continental breakfast was good, and there was plenty of parking available. Overall, it was a convenient and pleasant stay.

The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was not very clean. Overall the day was fine the price was nice, it worked for what I needed but it would've been nice if it was cleaner

Very affordable, well maintained with plenty of amenities: microwave, large fridge, large closet as well as a safe. Was about a 10 min drive from downtown Rochester. Would definitely recommend.

The room was clean but the beds were terrible to sleep on and the pillows as well. The hotel is a little run down. Needs a remodeled especially with the beds and bathroom. Otherwise ok

The room smelled strongly of marijuana, very dirty, floor sticky, phone didn’t work, internet was very intermittent, and the air conditioner was very noisy. Staff at front desk were very nice. I’ve been here before but this time the room was very unacceptable. The older front desk staff member is excellent, very nice and caring!!

I have stayed at Microtel's for years. This was by far the worst maintained that I have ever stayed at. The sheet rock corners were falling off, toilet was stained, room smelled of mold, window opened very hard, tub drain didn't work, carpet had shreds. Most of the night, people were talking loudly in the office waiting room outside my room door. I know one thing for sure, that I will never stay there again.

Its always so clean, the staff is helpful. Ive stayed there twice now. Its very clean and well maintained for the price.

Bed was comfortable. Lots of pillows. Breakfast had no meat choices, but was okay. Hallway carpets were dirty.
