Location, comfort and layout of rooms, beds, nice pool. In the past had good food also. That the pool was closed due to a chlorine issue and we were not informed in time to cancel , We reserved it specifically when it was supposed to be open for because our Grandson came along. I havent been here for several years and remembered a good variety at the buffet breakfast but now not so much and it tended to be all healthy which, in general, is nice but many people would like more options like pastries. Flavored yogurt, granola, sweetened cereals etc

Room was clean, breakfast was great, lots of keycard issues. Also tile floor is coming up in both bathrooms. Grout is cracked and missing pieces. You can hear people walking on the floor above your room. Pool and hot tub were great.

I expected more for $200 a night. The bed was not comfortable. I prefer showering in a normal shower, not a bath bathtub. The TVs were outdated.

Enjoyable stay, no complaints, highly recommend the restaurant across the street SMOAK Amazing food. Will be staying here anytime I’m in the area

Pretty bad place. Room smell moldy

This property had literally been shut down a few hours before we arrived for a "building code violation". They apparently fired the staff and posted a note - didn't contact anyone or anything.

The gentleman at the front desk was especially accommodating about getting my families water bottles filled with ice- thank you so much for going out of your way to do this for us!

I stayed here in 2024 for a Mayo Clinic visit and it was lovely. This time around, I was shocked to see how much the property has fallen into disrepair. The outdoor patio chairs were full of cigarette burns, stains, bird poop, and were in total disarray. The weeds had grown in everywhere. Part of the fence was missing. Our room had a smell like wet cigarettes that we couldn’t air out. The beds… oh my goodness.. they both had this terrible deep and loud squeaking. You could not move or turn over on them without waking everyone up. The fold out couch mattress was yellowed from age and carried the same smell as the room. The carpets in the common areas were worn and coming up in places. The morning coffee was luke warm. I’m not sure what happened to this place but it needs an update.

Exceptional

Is a great place unless yo are the type to need coffee in the morning. Thank God for the coffee makers in the room. The coffee in the breakfast area was always cold and stale. It was like this all three mornings. I have said something to the staff and new studf is brewed. But the next day, its xold and stale again.
