I love this hotel. We stay here whenever I need to go to the clinic.

Pretty bad place. Room smell moldy

This property had literally been shut down a few hours before we arrived for a "building code violation". They apparently fired the staff and posted a note - didn't contact anyone or anything.

The gentleman at the front desk was especially accommodating about getting my families water bottles filled with ice- thank you so much for going out of your way to do this for us!

I stayed here in 2024 for a Mayo Clinic visit and it was lovely. This time around, I was shocked to see how much the property has fallen into disrepair. The outdoor patio chairs were full of cigarette burns, stains, bird poop, and were in total disarray. The weeds had grown in everywhere. Part of the fence was missing. Our room had a smell like wet cigarettes that we couldn’t air out. The beds… oh my goodness.. they both had this terrible deep and loud squeaking. You could not move or turn over on them without waking everyone up. The fold out couch mattress was yellowed from age and carried the same smell as the room. The carpets in the common areas were worn and coming up in places. The morning coffee was luke warm. I’m not sure what happened to this place but it needs an update.

Is a great place unless yo are the type to need coffee in the morning. Thank God for the coffee makers in the room. The coffee in the breakfast area was always cold and stale. It was like this all three mornings. I have said something to the staff and new studf is brewed. But the next day, its xold and stale again.

Quiet, but a bit dodgy. Good location for our needs

We stayed on site again for two nights. It is one of our favorite hotels in Rochester. It is always clean and the staff are always friendly and helpful when needed. The breakfast in the morning is good and hot. We had a minor inconvenience when our key cards were programmed for only one night and when we returned the next night, we could not get into our room, but it was quickly and easily fixed and everything was fine.

I was able to check in a bit early with no hassle. My room was nicer than expected with lots of space. There was a full size refrigerator ready to use with standard temperature. The exercise room had good quality and functioning equipment. Parking and room accessibility was easy. I accidentally left my room key cards in the room. Staff allowed quick access and I was able to stay on schedule. I would definitely look to stay in a Staybridge again.

Coffee was cold and stale each morning. Added a day to out reservation and created what appeared to be chaos. I was assured a month ahead of time that we got the same room all nights. To be told we “probably” will stay in the same room. We did after all, but then the next morning housekeeping entered our room while we were there. I am more concerned about the lack of communication with staff. Not this lady’s fault at all.

The AC was really strong. The pool and hot tub were hot. Never had a pool that warm before. Breakfast was ok. Go early!! Lots of restaurants and coffee shops in the area. Near costco

The hotel staff was definitely accommodating, but there were several things broken in the rooms. We have stayed there before and had better experiences.

Fun happy hour in the lobby with live music, food and drink. My team had a great time!

The room was clean, and the breakfast was excellent. We did have to call the property in order to find the check-in person and the drapes did not close and block the sunlight.
