Seemed like I witnessed a start of some kind of purchase in the parking lot

Basic room but I needed basic for a night. Fridge and microwave were useful. Pool was out of order. Floor had a sticky spot that wasn’t from my bag. Nick was super friendly and helpful at the front desk. I would stay here again if I were coming through Rochester.

When he did return he was friendly and accommodating. The pool was being serviced. There were not any blankets and the air kept it nice and cold. We would stay again though because they would be a 8 out of 10 otherwise

I was not impressed They were not very welcoming. The front desk customer service was very unappreciated. There was a little disagreement lent to a police call on me and my car. I’m worrying about it right now, but I gotta go find out before I even shoot them.

Had great heater. Decent location. Friendly staff. No continental breakfast. No shampoo.

This “Budget Hotel” charges $100 deposit, which I still have not gotten back after a week and numerous phone calls.

Received a double queen room arrived they told me they didn’t have any available and I had to stay in a king with 7 people including my one year old and my one month old

Nothing fancy but provided satisfactory lodging for tired people

They said they got noise complaints but when asked about it they had nothing to say and we asked for video or audio proof and they had nothing but there’s cameras everywhere

Parking was right at the room door for the first floor, which is convenient, and the agent was great. For cons, the wifi didn’t work at all, the bed and pillows were pretty hard and they weren’t very comfortable. The agent did say that the cable company was coming to check it out, so maybe that will be resolved.
