A bit tricky to find though. It is literly behind famous Dave's BBQ restaurant. The evening front desk employee was very nice. Breakfast was good. Loved the pool too!

Did not like the smell of drugs

Superb

It’s a very long walk to the elevator and its hard to find. If using the shuttle, be sure to plan to be riding for an hour after too.

it was a great place to stay just overnight. The match was a bit softer than I would like, but I slept well anyway.

Close to Mayo

1) hotel staff don't know what customer service is. Even a "hello" would've been nice, instead the dude just stared at me until I said something. 2) no late check out without a half day fee (we were just asking for an extra hour) no go. 3) our room straight up smelled like piss, hopefully animal, but I guarantee the floors have NEVER seen a carpet cleaner. They charge for pets, but I have no clue what they do with that fee, because it's not cleaning up the urine. We didn't have any pets, but we sure the hell got one of the pet rooms. Good: pool is open until midnight and there is breakfast. For a cheap hotel, it's alright, just all of our clothes smell like stale dog piss. Would we stay again, probably not.

Great hotel very clean

We liked it. Will stay again if we get better deal.

This place is great! They have nice beds. Better than the Springhill Marriott. It was clean and the right price for people coming to Mayo. They don't gouge you like the other hotels do. There are plenty of food options around and a grocery store. My new favorite place to stay in Rochester.

Staff was very helpful in switching rooms as the ac was not working in the original room.

Pros: room was clean, did not stink, the a/c worked very well, bed was comfy, had good water pressure in the shower and water actually got hot (and rapidly). . Pool was clean, hot tub was clean (jets worked!) and palm tree water feature in kiddie pool worked. Everything at breakfast was in working order and stocked, and they even had non-dairy creamers (Coffee mate). Located next to walking trail. Easy check in and out. Temperature controlled stairwell! Quiet hallway. Cons: found a used washcloth tangled in the shower curtain our first time using it (removed by housekeeping), tub drained very slowly, and when asked, front desk didn't know how much arcade games actually cost (price posted was 50¢, but first game cost $1, took $3 before could play second game). The only true drawback was the tub and the pros definitely outweighed it. Would definitely stay here again!

Exceptional

I have been coming to this place many times over the last 3 years. I gave good ratings previously. However, I think that cleanliness is getting questionable. The carpets are in dire need of steam cleaning or of being replaced. It is inexpensive compare to many other hotel/motels, and well located, but I will go to another place next time that I have to be in Rochester.

Good

From the outside the hotel looks outdated. The rooms were good outdated but clean. A mile away from downtown area. Attached to Dave’s barbecue which was good. Grocery and laundry nearby and on the bus route. Hotel staff helpful with a coffee and a breakfast served every morning I would definitely book again.
