Nice staff, convenient location for visits at the Mayo St. Mary's campus.

Everything was great from the breakfast, cleanliness and courtesy of the staff. Very close to the Mayo Clinic, less than 10 mins. They also provided a small complimentary meal Monday through Thursday.
-
Our room was very quiet - no sounds from above, beside, or below the room, and the shuttle service was great for our appointments. The hot breakfast varied each day, and the room service was great. Total price for the room was more than expected once all the taxes, etc were added.

Friendly staff. Room were freshened up every morning.

Our stay was very nice! Quite and relaxing. Clean and freshly washed sheets and linen. Friendly staff and very accommodating. Great breakfast and they offered social hour. Close to everything. We plan to visit again.

If you have a procedure at St. Mary's campus, it is right across the street and makes for easy back and forth. Underground parking was a nice addition.

The TV was WAY too small !!

Rooms were nice clean and quiet which was great having my dog with me. Staff were awesome very polite friendly and helpful.

The hotel is in the middle of a construction area that makes entering and exiting with and without a vehicle a challenge. I wish I had been warned about that before I made the reservation.

We were happy to be right across the street from Mayo Clinic. Offering breakfast and a light supper was an added bonus. Room was clean and comfortable and the staff was friendly. We would recommend it to others.

There was a severe thunderstorm overnight. The next morning I noticed the windows leaked and the carpet was wet. Also lamp next to the bed didn’t work. Bed was supposed to be a queen size but was only double.
-
The room was very comfortable staff were wonderful. Appreciated the breakfast and coffee all day. Sitting on the patio with a book rather my room or the hospital was relaxing. Definitely stay again

Comfortable and clean. Nice pool and hot tub. Great breakfast and during the week there is a light supper. Just steps from St. Mary's Mayo hospital. Underground parking a great shuttle.

The room and hotel was clean.

Over the past 3 years we stayed at many Mayo Clinic area hotels but Aspen Suites was special. Each and every reception desk person was super helpful and friendly. The room with its comfy bed and couch and recliner was spacious and clean. I loved the roomy and inviting shower stall where I didn’t have to climb into a small bathtub to take a shower. The desk came with an internet connection and the kitchen was equipped for a long term stay with a full sized refrigerator. The food offerings were above every other hotel. I will come back here on my next visit to Rochester.

Did not eat breakfast.

Overall, the king bed was old as you could see the indentions in the bed on each side. The bathroom shower area very small. Alot of wasted space in the room.
