Excellent location, helpful staff, reasonable price, comfortable suite, good breakfast

Very much enjoyed my stay here and loved the appliance cabinet downstairs by the front desk, available for guests to borrow from and use in their rooms. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is a standard hotel. I did enjoy having a full fridge and a little kitchen. If staying for awhile in Rodchester. I would feel comfortable staying at the Aspen.

Clean hotel! Nice staff!

Gross place. Feels very old and dated. The only good thing is the location near Mayo Hospital. I felt like I was in a low-class nursing home. The elevator was small and slow. Parking was strange. They serve a "dinner," which was a chicken salad sandwich with potato chips; you had to line up for it, and a guy shoved it out a semi-closed door. The furniture in the room was uncomfortable and made of fake leather.

Everyone and everything was the best as always. My daughter and I were here for her one year heart transplant check up at the Mayo Clinic and as usual we stayed at the Aspen our home away from home. Thank you so much Colton and all of the staff for another wonderful stay.

Super friendly staff and helpful when asked for recommendations or directions. Rooms were very clean, and the bed was nice and comfy!

Ac is loud. Tv, while not important, worked in one room not the other The kitchen faucet was very particular. Dripped most of the time.

Spent one night after surgery and left for home.

Nice place for a night; just passing through. Felt “dated” maybe becuz everything is so dark? Needs a “refresh” to a bit more modern amenities/colors.

Enjoyed the pool. Great room with nice kitchen. Would return!

Very nice place to stay! I liked the breakfast and the supper!

Nice, big room with a very comfortable queen bed. There was a pullout couch with bedding & pillows, and a recliner. Also a kitchen with dishes, glassware, coffee cups, and utensils. A coffee maker full size fridge with freezer, small sink and a 2-burner stove. I had to be in Rochester for a Monday & Friday procedure at the hospital, so the stay was from Sunday until Friday. We used the pool and hot tub. The room was very quiet the entire time. Sink and vanity are separate from the toilet & shower. The seating area off the lobby also has a library & business center with tables & chairs and other comfortable furniture and TV. The complimentary breakfast is a nice feature. The outside patio off the seating area has nice tables, chairs and a bench swing. There is underground parking. There were many channels to choose from on the TV, but the TV seemed a little small. This was a convenient and nice place to stay, and very close to St. Mary's hospital. I'd stay again even for a leisurely trip.

At the hotel. The breakfast was the best free hotel breakfast I have ever had. The hotel room and all public areas were just as clean as could be. It was an easy 20 minute enjoyable walk to the Mayo Clinic hospital. The free parking was one of my considerations for booking here and I was so glad I chose this hotel over some others. I will tell anyone else who is coming to this area about my wonderful experience. Keep up the great work!
