Everything was excellent, from the spacious rooms, great breakfast, friendly staff, easy parking in their parking lot and the convenience of being across the street from St. Mary’s Hospital. Will definitely choose this hotel again

Front desk always welcoming and friendly everyday. Housekeeping refreshed our room beautifully mid-week.

Great place to stay. Enjoyed the breakfast. Small pool area though

All furniture was in bad shape. Did not clean room or bring towels to room. had to ask front desk for new towels

Love the location. Staff are so friendly and helpful. The only issue is parking, especially for handicapped spots. I do understand though as it is located in a congested busy area. I am willing to work around the parking as we enjoyed everything else about this hotel.

Hotel staff was amazing and professional. Room was spotless.

Our first room had mold all over in the bathroom. Changed rooms and the guy gave us one right above the first one. Full of mold again. The bathroom floor felt like you were gonna fall through! The toilet wouldn’t flush so went to the front desk and Anthony was so rude. Every encounter we had with him it was like I was inconveniencing him. I would not recommend this hotel until it gets some upkeep done.

Comfortable room quiet, good staff. My only dislike is having to pay to park at a place that I am paying to stay.

Amazing! Includes breakfast and shuttle to hotels. Great for patients who are being seen at Mayo. Staff is very friendly and understanding. I made a couple mistakes and the staff had no issue helping me

Location across street from hospital. Paid over 170.00 for one night stay. Left the hospital and didn't feel well enough to travel 5 hours home. They said I could get the hospital rate?

Breakfast was great!!!! Location worked well with my daughter's appointments. The patio. No one could figure out the fire pit and the hanging lights had no bulbs and wires were hanging out.

We were very pleased with our stay during Graduation Weekend. The hotel was conveniently located close to our family, and it was an easy walk to the Civic Center in Rochester. We appreciated the variety of nearby restaurants and found the parking fee to be quite reasonable. Overall, it was a great experience and a perfect location for our visit.

Room was clean. A musty smell in room. Feather pillows that the helpful staff swapped out for us. Nice kitchen area in room with sink, refrigerator and microwave. Did not try the breakfast but seemed to be a good variety. Nice fitness room and pool. Very nice staff and main area.

The hotel was excellent, great staff, amenities, location, food, and cleanliness. If you took a shuttle during your stay and did not have a private car at the hotel, make sure the final bill and your credit card statement do not include an additional charge for parking.

Great breakfast. Had the smallest ironing board and on top of that the iron leaked. Got a better one. Lucked out that another family member was staying at the hotel and they had a normal size ironing board.
