The A/C unit was defective, is still summer, I requested twice maintenance. They came, looked at it, declared it defective, and I got the I'll be back later, and nothing happened. Otherwise a very pleasant place.

The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. The rooms were spacious and nicely appointed. Bed was very comfortable. The hotel was spotless. Linda at the front desk was great!. Shuttle service works well and the hotel is located very near the hospital. I will definitely come back. The restaurant food could definitely have been better. That was my only complaint. The eggs (not sure if they were real) were pretty awful. I think a real full service restaurant would add a lot

The rooms were large and very clean. Facilities seemed new and well-maintained. I thought it was very interesting that there was workout equipment in the rooms. Never seen that before. We had a large room and there was no chair, other than the rolling desk chair. That was the only thing that could be improved. Especially because there was plenty of room in the room for a chair.

The stretching/exercise tools in the room were an unexpected and welcomed surprise. All was clean and new. Staffing was light, especially at reception. The staff there were delightful, but obviously stretched.

Yoga matt, resistant bands are in the room. Providing a nice way to stretch. The room was large with alot of space to move

Parking situation is awful. They messed up my registration (marked me as a no show even though I had been there for two nights. . Rented my room to another guest who walked in on me during the night). Not professional.

Rush. During breakfast put is too much for one person to handle properly wait times become problematic. Just too much responsibility for one person, when everyone needs to be leaving at about the same time.
