We truly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff was helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool along outdoor fire pits and seating. The rooms were spacious and I loved the kitchenette. Within walking distance to downtown with plenty of restaurants and shops.

The hotel is very clean and well run. The only thing that I would change is being able to park on property. The garage was full so I had to park in a lot away from the hotel. Besides that the stay was excellent. I will stay there again.

Quick one night stay, enjoyed the social hour and bingo with Mike, he was a highlight. Room was spacious and clean, bed was comfy. Biggest cons were how expensive onsite parking was, ugh $20 and limited breakfast items.

The staff were all great. The room was very clean and spacious. the breakfast was very good. The parking was very good. I enjoyed the free shuttle service to and from the Clinic. The drivers were very friendly and helpful. I would like to stay here again on my next visit to the clinic

We love Rochester! We loved all the amenities that were available, from restaurants to a breakfast bar, social events, and lounging spaces.. we loved that the hotel was brand new and very nice. The breakfast was okay too. We loved the yogurt bar! All the extra donuts.. amazing The bed covers made you sweat.. the silky texture is not good for sleeping, and the central air was so loud.. that I wanted to check out in the middle of the night. We turned the air off the room got hot, if we kept it on we could barely sleep.

Good location. Clean rooms. Happy hour on Monday-Wed. Cheap uncomfortable furniture. Also living area was too small. It was like a hallway. So no plans to go back.

Loved the look, cleanliness, and location was pretty good too. The parking. We paid $20 a night to park in the garage and then had to drive around till a spot opened up. They shouldn’t sell parking passes if they don’t have enough spots for everyone buying a pass. It’s crappy to say it’s first come first serve when there are so few spots and the parking spots are small too.
