Staff was very helpful while we were there for appointments at Mayo Clinic.

Garbage in hallway was overflowing and not picked up on weekend. Had to switch room due to husband being at St Mary’s Hospital longer than expected. Asked if I could leave suitcase at office and was told that someone on staff would deliver to my room. After long day at hospital it wasn’t delivered. Minor but disappointing.

A/C unit was quite loud but otherwise a super clean and friendly place!

Staff were exceptional. Very welcoming to our kids and made sure we had everything we needed. Breakfast every day was a bonus. Will stay here again.
