Room was clean but some things were worn (holes in the blankets and discolored spots around the room).
-
Very nice, as always

Great place to stay and affordable

The king suite with kitchenette was terrific. The hot breakfast was excellent and the staff was very helpful and accommodating. It was a wonderful 3 night stay.
-
The staff is super attentive and helpful. There are snacks available for purchase and an ATM machine in the lobby. Super clean and fresh smelling hotel.
-
It was very convenient location. Gal that checked us gave us a great recommendation for dinner! All staff nice, ok breakfast.

This is our go to hotel when we have Mayo appts. Affordable, clean, comfortable and great customer service!
-
Really appreciate the effort this motel puts into making it a supportive place for those staying multiple days. We were in a multiple day fishing trip to the Zumbro, and our suite provided a fridge, stove top, dishwasher, coffee maker and lots of room to stretch out

The property was nice and staff was very friendly. Walls are a little thin but not terrible.
-
Both treadmills were broken, and lots of holes in the walls in the hallways.
-
Not a bad hotel but it did have some problems. Both of the treadmills were broken. Also, I had to call the hotel number to get someone to come to the desk to check in. Had to wait about 15 minutes for someone to show up.

The lobby & rooms were clean and spacious and the staff was friendly & helpful. Only 2 of 5 of the exercise machines were functional and the coffee maker was out of order at breakfast. The grounds were mowed but there were weeds growing in flower planters instead of flowers. Overall the good outweighed the bad but some small fixes would have made it a really good stay.
-
Coffee machine broken in breakfast room, two machines in work out room broken, hole in wall on 2 nd floor outside elevator, staff often not at front desk, not recommended
-
The evening desk person was terrible and could barely greet me. I asked for a chair and he said they had none. There was a man on his cell all night in the hall and outside. He was creepy. I will NEVER go back.

I chose that hotel, because it had 9/10 stars. I am confused how it was rated so highly. If given the option, I will post pictures. It was not clean. The hallways weren’t clean, and the bathroom was not clean.

Great place to stay during Mayo treatment. Breakfasts were fantastic. Pet friendliness was great.

All good
