Could have been 5 stars. While my husband and I were enjoying some quiet time in our car, we were blinded by headlights and a spotlight shining at our car. An officer walks up and tells us that we are TRESPASSED from the property and to leave right then and there. I was interrogated, told to leave and NONE of my questions were being answered as to why?!? officer gets a call in her radio stating the we were NOT THE PEOPLE THEY WERE LOOKING FOR. Officer DID NOT apologize for threatening me with eviction and trespass from a property I PAID GOOD MONEY TO STAY AT. All the officer said is that (who ever it was) was coming and going too much for managements liking. So for the remainder of our stay (4 more nights) we were on edge and did not sleep well afraid that our door would be pounded on by cops threatening to kick us out. The night manager was NO HELP AT ALL we asked him what's going on, why he called the cops on us or at least claimed it was us. He was rude and would not tell us anything, HIS MANAGER WAS IN HIS EAR ON THE PHONE TELLING HIM NOT TO LET US IN TO OUR ROOMS EVEN AFTER WE PROVIDED OUR IDENTIFICATION, ROOM KEY, AND ROOM NUMBER. AND HE STOPPED ME AND MY HUSBAND FROM GOING TO OUR ROOM FOR ABOUT 15 MINUTES (our kids were in the room btw), we were finally "verified" and "allowed" to go back to our children and the room we paid nearly $100 per night for. Disgusting treatment. And platinum membership on a third party doesn't mean Jack squat.

I’ve stayed at this Comfort Inn & Suites three or four times over the past eight months, so this review isn’t based on one bad experience. Unfortunately, I’ve seen the same issues repeatedly. First, I want to give credit where it’s due: the staff members I’ve interacted with have always been friendly and pleasant. My frustration is more with how the property seems to be managed and maintained. The pool has been closed for “maintenance” every single time I’ve stayed here over the past eight months. At this point, it’s hard to understand how a hotel pool can remain unavailable for that long and still be considered a temporary maintenance issue. The front desk is another recurring frustration. There’s frequently nobody there, and I’ve had to stand around for several minutes or call out “hello” to get someone’s attention from the back room. Once someone comes out, they’re friendly, but guests shouldn’t have to search for an employee just to get front desk assistance. Breakfast was disappointing as well. I came down around 8:30 AM one morning, well before breakfast was supposed to end, and the hot food was basically gone. Nobody was there replenishing it. If breakfast is offered until around 10:00 AM, guests coming down at 8:30 should still have food available. The exterior upkeep also needs attention. During this stay, the outside garbage can was overflowing to the point that trash was sitting on the ground around it. That’s not a great first impression when arriving

What I hated about this hotel and what caused me a great deal of stress was the fact that their phones were not working! I could not reach them by phone to say that I would arrive late at night - something that they require to secure my room.

Booking Billed my CC before I stayed If this is new policy I won't be using Booking in the future Never pay before I say Not Happy

Clean room and good bed. Faucet is old and loose. Side door to the hotel won’t open with room key.

The room was very spacious and in a nice location. To much noise, the walls are thin.

Absolutely nothing The room smelled like someone had been smoking Marijuana in it, 2nd room was construction site, ended up leaving immediately and going to the Staybridge inn up the

The place was very clean and nice. The rooms were clean. The beds were comfortable. We checked in. We were given room 218. We went up to our room, used the key, walked in to see 2 people laying in bed. It was very embarrassing. We went downstairs to let the front desk know. She wanted to know how to fix it. I said give me a suite. She said she didnt know how to do that because it said it was overbooked. So we got room 310 instead. Then we went to check out the pool and spa to find it empty. I dont want any flippin points. I really should get a free night. The lady at the front desk was on her cell phone while she was checking me in. I dont think we will stay there again. Which is too bad because it was a great location for me.

The location is excellent: near major roads & other facilities (restaurants, bars & etc). No shower curtain. I took a shower anyway & just mopped up the floor.

Everything was good; but we were there on Labor day Monday, in the elevator it said breakfast on weekends and holidays the hours were 7 am - 10 am. We went to breakfast at 9:10 am and there was only yougurt, hard boiled eggs for cold food. Bacon, eggs, pancakes for hot food available. Hot food roasters were already turned off. Very dissapointed.
