It was awful I had bed bugs and had to switch rooms and the breakfast was terrible, no hot food
-
I wouldcdtay there again despite the above.
-
Very Old property and not maintained.
-
good, no frills stay, met our basic needs.

Hotel was nice. Only issue we had, was our room had an awful "food" smell that would not go away. It was very nauseating. Room was very clean and staff was very kind.

Traveling with my kids, it’s always nice to have a little extra room. That’s why we like the extended stays, they’re affordable, plus you can put your leftovers in the fridge

I got to my room late after driving 13 hours. I took a shower and started to get in bed. The sheets were dirty. There was hair and dead bugs in it. I wad so tired. I slept on top of the blanket. The room had an odor from someone smoking in the room too. The breakfast was just a Muffin and fruit bar. Not what I was expecting. The hallway carpet looked like it needed replaced.

At this point in time I was sorry for sheets that was extra cars for seats for cleaning the sheets which it should be already included in the hotel fee secondly my cold water did not work in the sink surgery refrigerator was dirty and then turn he gave me do not return to the hotel because I complain not to mention the animal hair around the kitchen floor and sink and even in the bathtub bathtub sleep and the floors I don't know hair I don't know hair and it would like we were still pictures is thats fair

Loved having a kitchenette. Room was spacious. Had a bit of a musty smell. Staff was very helpful.
-
I was disappointed with the $25 per night pet fee, as i felt this was too expensive and the breakfast was not too great.
-
Breakfast was very limited (coffee, oatmeal, and packaged pastries). Staff were not very present and the staff that checked us in seemed bothered we were there.
-
Pitiful Muffins could have been better. Blueberries inside were dried up and hard
-
Would like coffee machine in room.
-
Clean, comfortable and easy checkin

I was only staying in Rochester one night, so I didn't need much. The room was clean with plenty of room for one person to spread out and be comfortable. The hot water was plentiful, and the shower had nice water pressure. Even if I had to stay in the area longer, I would recommend staying here. This is personal preference, but I found the beds to be a bit on the hard side and for their grab and go breakfast, I wish there was some kind of fruit available. A few bananas, apples or oranges would qualify for grab and go and be a welcome addition to the muffins and breakfast bars they offer.

Convenient location to get where you need to go. The property needs some serious deep cleaning. The floors of the room we had were absolutely filthy (wiped a dry paper towel across the floor and it was practically black), the beds are hard as a rock, and the floor in our room was horribly warped/unlevel and the chairs and table that had wheels constantly rolled across it. Any suites we’ve booked elsewhere were stocked with dishes/pans/etc, you have to request what you’d like from the front desk. The “breakfast included” is granola bars, muffins, and coffee for the most part. There were a handful of people that were just hanging around the hotel day and night that also made us uncomfortable. We ended up taking the loss on $ and checked out a day early because of how gross and uncomfortable the room was.

Staff was nice. Room was mediocre at best. Stove in kitchenette rusted and unusable. Utensils for cooking had to be purchased (not just in room as advertised). Breakfast was almost nonexistent.
-
No ice machine and breakfast was just oatmeal and muffins. Will not be back!
-
The hallway was filthy
