We asked for a late checkout they accommodated them we didn’t need it and told the front desk and they still charged us for 1/2 day anyways

Very close to Mayo clinic and the Peace Plaza. Rooms are very small.

The access to Mayo was great. The valet parking was very reasonable. Pool deck while on the older side it seemed was very clean and offered great views, especially at night.

Room was clean , everything worked, I like the area where u can get coffee for guests do not like the $50 charge for incidentals I would not use, restaurant there is pretty good, prices comparable to everywhere else, staff very good except for 1 when I asked to sit in booth after coming back from hospital he said thats for more than 1 person I had a biopsy I needed comfort to sit in gal came she would of moved me but I didnt have energy to do it food great

We will definitely be staying here when we have to be back at Mayo. The convenience of being walking distance to everything is a big advantage. We will definitely be back!

The Kahler Grand is always good! Rooms are clean, handicap bathrooms are very large and showers and chairs all work well. The location for appts at Mayo couldn't be better....just a few minute walk and you're there.

The Hotel is perfectly located if going to MAYO. Good location to walk on flat terrain to local shops and restaurants.

Excellent location for Mayo appts. Hotel is a little outdated but clean, comfortable, and has excellent restaurants on site or nearby. Staff was helpful and kind!

Pool and hot tub area were nice. This is a hotel with wonderful location. Beds are also very comfortable and rooms are quiet. We would come again.
