One day I wasn't abke to taje a shower because tgere wasn't any hot water. And yes, I ket the water rum for 5 minutes

The room thermostat did not work. It was always putting out cool air and made the room very uncomfortable. We had to sleep in our clothes to be warm enough. Bathroom was tiny with tub and shower controls very old and outdated. Not like previous stays! We will choose somewhere else next time.

This is a grand hotel - stately, convenient and a delightful place to stay. Loved the walkable "subway" connecting the hotel to restaurants and Mayo Clinic. Enjoyed the Architecture and history of the Plummer Bldg.

Perfect for the outpatient setting for Mayo. Definitely recommend using valet for just a little more it’s worth it and so easy!

Unable to access account information on TV, so had to go to lobby to check out. Very nice restaurant.

We stay at the Kahler Grand once a month and it's great. Just walk across the street to get to Mayo. Great hotel, great location!

Kendra at the front desk was warm and friendly. She does an outstanding job and make you feel very welcome.

Stay here only for the excellent underground access to Mayo treatment (important in winter). Otherwise, it is badly outdated, poorly maintained and understaffed.

There were cob websites in our room but after a long day and long walk to the room, we were too tired to carry all our things back down to the desk to ask for another. The bathrooms are a bit weird and very cramped but for a one night stay, it did the job. Tim at the front desk was nice and gave us a late check out.

The halls were not vacuumed. Just a worn down, poorly kept property. On the positive side, the location is great for Mayo Clinic visits.
