Just because everything is there for you. Things you would not think of packing .

Parking space limited.

Well maintained property with helpful staff. Very nice breakfast. Would definitely return.

This location is perfectly located to MAYO Clinic. The staff is pleasant. You get what you pay for. The room and hallway carpets are dirty dingy around the edges. The rooms are outdated but clean overall. Breakfast has a very nice selection and kept filled during the breakfast hours. Breakfast area staff is friendly. Good restaurant, coffee shop and sandwiches available on sight. Price fits the location.

The underground parking garage can be challenging but very convenient being across the street from the Mayo Clinic. The room was clean, but we could tell the furniture had not been moved in quite a while. The staff couldn't have been any more helpful.

This was our second week staying there. The beds we had the first night we’re good but the second week beds were very uncomfortable.

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and well maintained rooms. Breakfast was generous and fresh. Above all the convenience to appointments at Gonda and Mayo can’t be beat. We always pick Kahler Inn whenever we come for appointments at the Mayo Clinic.

Hotel is older and somewhat beat up but right across the street from surgery building and I have no complaints on the other hand the reservations people at the sister kahler grand stay were rude and condescending which surprised me would never stay thrre

The Inn and Suits is a good place to stay. I would stay there again. It's an older motel and the only real issue I had was my door to the room wasn't well maintained. It was out of line and hard to open and close. I reported it for repair. It wasn't repaired by the time I left. I hope they fix it by then. It did seem that since things were older in this building, They seem to try to keep it clean but it just looks a bit dingy.

Really older than I expected. Rooms are just too small ti be packed with as much furniture as they had in it. Bathrooms are very small. We will be going back to the Kahler Grand our next appt. at Mayo.

The buffet breakfast is awesome.. Room was clean. Quiet hallways. Love I-Chi Mein restaurant, which is attached.
-
we didn't eat any breakfast because of very early appointments.

Excellent experience. Great staff.

Very good location with subway (underground pedestrian walkway) connection to Mayo buildings. I traveled in mid-July when it was very hot and humid, so NOT having to be outdoors was a plus. Caribou Coffee, Jimmy John's, and I-Chi Mein are basically connected to the hotel, and Yumi Poke is one more door down. The only critiques I have are 1) signage about breakfast hours were old/outdated and didn't list correct hours, 2) perhaps because of the weather being so humid, the carpets in the room felt a little damp & slick.

We loved our stay at the Kahler Inn and Suites in Rochester! It was so convenient to walk across the street to Mayo and access all the buildings by the subway level and not wait 30-45 minutes for hotel shuttles for other Rochester hotels. The 2 bed queen suite was nice and clean, and perfect for our group of 4. There was lots of room with the separate living area with a convertible sofa, chair, and kitchenette with seating area. The breakfast was outstanding! This was our 2nd time to stay here. We wouldn't stay anywhere else for a Mayo trip. This place is perfect and the staff do an excellent job.
