Breakfast was convenient and location is great

Great location and easy walking distance to Mayo Clinic

Staff was accommodating, friendly.

Room was clean. Staff was hopeful. Complementary breakfast was good. Parking space appreciated and rate was not terrible. However, it is a very tight lot.

Didn’t care for the shower!

Room was fine. Comfy bed. Pool area was a disaster. Took the kids down there for a morning swim and it had not been cleaned from the night before. Used towels laying around everywhere and band aids floating in the pool. And this was at 10am, so plenty of time to get things cleaned up from the night prior. Will not be going back.

Staff was very helpful and pleasant both at check in and check out. Breakfast was very good. Location was perfect, walking distance to many restaurants and civic center. Would definitely stay here again.
-
It was very convenient to the clinic. Parking was a nightmare, a little guidance prior to arrival would have been helpful. In addition, guidance to the various access to the clinic would have been helpful. There needs to be more tables and areas to play games. and kill time would be really helpful.

On check in the hallway to my room had only one light on making it dark and hard to read numbers on rooms. By check out the next day the issue was resolved…..seemed like a long time…..

Reasonable rates friendly staff nice free breakfast.

A little snafu when I upgraded my 2 queens reservation to ensure I would have fully accessible room. I was moved into a king but didn’t want my ride sleeping in a chair so we were put in a king suite with a big balcony!! Unfortunately it was super hot so didn’t use. Just another lesson learned.

Clean, breakfast good, can walk to favorite restaurant

The hotel needs an update. The front desk staff was extremely helpful in reservation changes. The breakfast had lots of options.
-
Short stay while family member in the hospital. Very convient, clean, breakfast was fresh. Parking was a bit of a problem due to all of the construction but it worked out parking in the Graham parking garage. Only about a block away.
-
Room adequate, serious lack of electrical outlets was a problem. Breakfast pretty limited but very good. Wish there was coffee option other than the $10/cup option in the lobby. Staff were very friendly. Housekeeping only on request I don't care about that but some might. Proximity to Mayo is fantastic!!! MUCH better pricing than Kahler Grand a few blocks away. Very limited parking.
