Ivan the maintenance man was the best experience of our one night stay. I finally had to go down to the front desk (after 2 phone calls to them and waiting 45 minutes for help to fix our TV remote) the young man there at the desk I spoke to on the phone looked miffed and then the woman in charge made things happen. Ivan came to our room by the time I got back up there. He was so pleasant and friendly. He got things fixed and said a gracious goodnight. Great customer service! That’s all. Dear Marriot Mayo, A customer service training for your front of house staff would be a definite plus in your favor. I suggest the lovely woman that came out at the front desk to help and also Ivan would be great to lead that class. Such a nice hotel. Thank you for listening.

Solid Marriot; but had more of a Marriot Courtyard feel. Getting to the conference next door was sometimes annoying, but overall a solid Courtyard.

Can’t beat proximity to Mayo/Gonda and the helpful staff You guys need to invest in some new beds. These have seen better days.

Very nice accommodations with direct access to the Mayo Clinic subway system. The front desk staff, Amber specifically, was so welcoming and helpful. Very nice lounge and restaraunt on site, as well. Our room was spacious and comfortable. I really liked the antechamber adjacent to the bathroom. N/A

The gym /pool area was well laid out - the area beside the pool was spacious. Personally i like the hot tub to be a few degrees warmer. I used the valet parking - the staff were friendly and quick to retrieve my vehicle.
