Excellent staff, quick to serve, and kind. And we love the convenience of the skyway to Mayo! Best hotel for Mayo patients.

The staff was excellent. From the front desk clerk, to the shuttle bus drivers all were very helpful and very kind. If we ever have to come back to Rochester, we will definitely stay there again.

Coming to visit the Mayo Clinic was a difficult journey, yet every single employee we had contact with was amazing! We felt well cared for and our every need was met! The breakfast was wonderful each day; the front desk folks were always helpful and thoughtful. We greatly appreciated the rides to various parts of Mayo whenever we needed to be there. We will definitely return.

The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were very nice and neatly cleaned. Liked the snack/drink area by the front desk where you could easily get a quick bite with cash or just your room number. Breakfast was good! The check in is a bit late, but it seems to be the norm in Rochester. We weren’t able to get in early, which was frustrating. And on-site parking is valet and costs $25…which we didn’t know until after we arrived.

The hotel was clean and well maintained. It was not the most modern of hotels but that is a very minor complaint.

Too expensive for what you get. The rooms are small, the pool is small, and the "bar" is just a rollaway cart, and the "bartender" never showed up. The carpet in our room had stains on it. Breakfast is the same as you get from a Comfort Inn, but cost $19.50 per person. The best thing was the location, with many restaurants and shopping adjacent to the property. The staff were very friendly.

For the price a salt pool and they offered a Roku so we could watch movies. No smart tvs. Also their breakfast was very expensive when many options were within a block ..

The mattress was old and felt like a hill in the center. The pillows were horrible. I could have slept without them. No cushion and worn out. The staff at checkin was rude and not accomodating. Further, they refused to honor my honors program because i did not book directly with them. Finally, i did not like my room because it was handicap designed and they told me that is what i ordered, take it or leave it. I did not order that type of room. I Will Never Stay there again.
