Room was clean and close to Mayo hospital and they had shuttles free for guest.

The beds were great! The staff very friendly. We stayed for just one night so didn't use many of the amenities. We were disappointed that there was a charge for breakfast...a simple continental breakfast was $12! Whereas the other hotels where we had stayed on previous visits to Rochester had free breakfast! They also had free parking whereas we had to pay for parking at a nearby parking ramp at this hotel.

Otherwise, they put my room facing the parking lot so it was quieter. Also, I overslept the check out time, so the cleaning staff gave me extra time to get ready and the front desk didn’t charge me extra for the late checkout. I’d recommend this place for the staff alone, but the hotel and room were great, too! Clean, access to the skyway system, close to Mayo Clinic, and a hot breakfast with pancakes to order! The room had what I needed to work remotely, pillows that didn’t trigger an allergic reaction, and panel-controlled heat/AC.

Carpets are very stained, frayed bedding. Blood on one of the sheets. Staff was all amazing. Location is great for Mayo.

The staff - desk and cleaning were excellent!!!! Terra - so helpful. The breakfast was overpriced but again the staff was attentive.

Finally figured out that you needed to hook USB to USB pity directly. The first day no room service until we asked for it then took about 1 hour. Did not bring in any other coffee.

The staff was very helpful Even being on the 6th floor, you could hear every vehicle moving below and it was so loud it was hard to sleep. Also, the beds were hard and painful. My wife had to use Advil throughout the day her back hurt so much when she got up. They send you a text during your stay to see how it is and when I said there were issues, they asked when I was available for a call for them to address the issues. I provided times and they never called.

Property is great, ez access to all mayo facilities using the skywalk and or subway. Weather was beautiful so we walked outside to Mayo/Gonda building which is a couple of blocks.We also utilized the free shuttle to an appointment, great perk. Excellent food choices within walking distance. Would definitely stay again.

Location to Mayo was fantastic. Their breakfast is awesome especially with Darth Vader The room smelled so bad. Carpet was very dirty. People at front desk were very rude, several times.

Central to where we needed to be. Easy access and parking! A little noisy during weekend.. but that’s what it is!!
