Crave breakfast was delicious. Room was clean except some stains on a towel. Reserved for 2 but only provided 3 towels. Bed was not comfortable due to being broken in on 1 side.

My experience at the Hotel Indigo was fantastic. Sandy was absolutely amazing:! She went above and beyond to made an already stressful trip so comfortable and truly made us feel at home. Larry was also amazing, making sure that my daughter and I got to all her appointments on time, and back to the hotel safely. He also helped ensure in so many ways that our stay was as comfortable as possible. I highly recommend staying here!!

When I moved a nightstand to get something, you could tell they did not sweep there. Also, a used washcloth was at the top of the shower curtain (cleaners probably did not see it if they never moved it when they cleaned.

Nice quick walk over to Mayo whether you went outside on streets or used the Skyway. Motel was quiet and clean.

Loved our stay. Nice hotel for the price. Beware that there is no breakfast, even at the restaurant but close to plenty of options. Beds were comfortable.

This is a well located property, close to restaurants, shopping, and Mayo Clinic. The staff was very understanding of the fluidity of my stay due to appointments at Mayo Clinic. The property doesn't have some of the amenities of other more expensive hotels in the area, but it is a great value for the location and a good night's sleep.

Good location and parking. Had terrible food at the onsite restaurant, Crave. Facilities are run down, staff weren’t the friendliest. Room wasn’t as clean as you would hope for.

The staff were nice and helpful. The room and hotel were clean. Housecleaning is advertised as being included, however it is by request only. Requests for what you want done in your room (i.e. trash can emptied, bed made, bathroom cleaned) must be checked and turned in before 8 am for the room to be serviced. The onsite restaurant looked nice but it is only open for lunch and dinner. The workout room was nice for the type of hotel. I would not return because I found the beds and pillows very uncomfortable.
