There was in room coffee, creamer, sugar and cups, but no coffee maker! Directions for room location and parking were largely meaningless gestures. Check in staff member was beyond unfriendly—she was sxiwling

The room and hotel were very clean and well maintained. The beds were very comfortable and the room was well decorated and updated. We rarely saw staff members although we didn't need them. The restaurant in the hotel, Crave, was delicious and beautiful. We did purchase snacks from the front desk which were stale. All in all I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

Everything was great. My only feedback is the black out curtains were an inch short from blocking light and the shower pressure was fine to get the job done but not excellent.

Good but I’d rather not stay down town

Shower didn’t work but staff took care of it right away. Very nice modern clean room. Super quiet.

We loved that there was actually skyway to the civic center so we did not have to go outside or worry about parking.

It’s been a week and am still waiting for refund of my incidental fee. I call and leave messages, but so far not returned. Fee should not have been assessed. Hotel claims no damages or fees charged to my room. I will not stay there again if I can possibly avoid it.

We enjoyed our stay, but there was a strange and pungent, smoky odor in the room that never completely dissipated even though we turned the air conditioning down, thinking it would help. The location was great, the beds were very comfortable and I would recommend.

Everything was exceptional

I had a double queen room, very roomy, plenty of room on both sides of each bed. The refrigerator in the room is badly placed in a cabinet that does not open or close properly. It was a constant argument to close the refrigerator door, and I never could close the cabinet door correctly once I opened it. The bathroom is generously sized and was very clean. The container of liquid soap was inconveniently far from the sink and fixed in place, which meant you dripped all over the counter every time you needed to reach for it. While the room came across as clean, the decorative rug between the two beds had lots of light areas that showed stains, and in one spot what looked like perhaps gum that had been ground into it. The elevators had terrible carpeting, and the interior of the elevator doors was filthy; people had left their finger marks to show this. The front desk staff were all very kind, and very helpful. My one disappointment, and a good deal of it is my fault, is the loss of my Amazon Kindle during my stay. I had been reading with it the night before I left, so I know it was in the room. It did not, however, make it into my luggage, which means it stayed in the room. I called on the evening that I checked out, and the next morning. That afternoon I was called and told that it had not been found. I can’t believe this, because I had been reading on it that night and had not left the room. I’m responsible for the loss, but disappointed in the lack of honesty.

The rooms were not very clean, Sheets were stained, and bathroom had some deposits of "something" in the sink. The staff was courteous, though. She had to stay more than one week and she asked me to book her another hotel, which I did.

Best happy hour ever! Great prices, nice selection of food, and generous portions. Chef is very good, Darian does a fabulous job at the bar. Breakfast is also a good value and tasty food.
