Convenient to Eastman campus

Nice room, good breakfast, pool and fitness center. Great location next to the museum of play.

Booked on Expedia and when we arrived they did not have a room for us and were fully booked. Did not get a room until 11pm and we were with a little one.

Very clean, excellent location, spacious rooms, staff very helpful, parking available and free. I wish breakfast had more options but it was still good. Thank you, Will be back!

The staff was exceptional. Very caring and helpful. The property is in a safe and pedestrian friendly area. Highly recommend this property.

The hotel is located in the downtown area by the Play Museum. The parking lot can get full toward the evening, we luckily found a spot but something to be mindful of. Check-in was a breeze, our room was clean and nice. The bed and pillows are terrible - mattress is hard as a rock and the pillows are pretty useless. The bathroom was nice, we had a walk-in shower. We had also upgraded to the room with a wet bar, only because it didn't seem that every room had a fridge and/or microwave. It was a great sized room, several places we could put our luggage out, and the desk was a nice to have. All in all it was nice and in a good location, we just didn't sleep well because of the bed.

Amazing location; staff was helpful and allowed for an early check in. Would definitely stay again.

Great

Very clean place and nice rooms.

The breakfast was unimpressive, but the staff were excellent. Our closet doir was off the track and the toilet toll holder was loose. Every time we used toilet paper, the toll would fall off. But the staff responded to our complaints quickly and without complaint.

Clean and near the play museum

Stayed here with the kids to go to the Strong museum - can't beat the location. Lila's the restaurant was also delicious!

Big parking lot with a garage next door. The room was spacious except for the air system being two feet from the bed.
