The lobby was clean and modern with bright colors. The pool and gym were a nice size. The rooms were nice and the hotel was conveniently located across the strong museum of play.

They don’t clean your room every day (unless you tell them) so that is a BIG deal for me. So I can’t say anything else.

First night we disappointed without sofa bed for our 3 people.Next morning I went to counter to ask the staff again,the staff found a bun bed room for us,we changed the room.Next morning staff was so helpful and nicely.We appreciate his help.

We spent two nights at this hotel. The room was very clean, bright, and spacious. Room service was excellent. There was a nice restaurant/bar with a short menu; the food was very good, though a bit too expensive in my opinion.

Decent quality breakfast compared to other hotels. Nice open space, design, gym and pool. Staff helpful when we said there was a smell to our room, allowing us to switch rooms.

The room I booked was given to others by mistake of a staff but the manager Kevin and the staff Tim and La Ron were helpful to resolve the issue. The hygiene of the breakfast needs improvement tho as flies are always around and the waffle area is always in a mess. Also tables are not cleaned on time after each use.
