Very comfortable room, great location, easy parking. Hotel bar was great, especially the friendly bartender. The bathroom had an issue with the shower knob, had to play with it to get it to work. There was a weird in-room announcement of an emergency around midnight that woke us up (luckily there was no emergency since we fell back to sleep right away).

Decent hotel. Not the best for going for walks and exploring outside of the hotel. Rooms were clean enough. Pool and gym area were great. Pool water was freezing though. Good place to stay if you just need a place to rest uour head.

Staff was helpful and restaurant on site was very accommodating. However, our experience was a bit noisy since our room was located next to the storage room where housekeeping staff moved around a lot. The AC and fridge were also pretty noisy.

Great value for money, great location and very friendly staff. The view from my room was also very good. The Wi-Fi was not working, the hotel is slow in responding over Booking.com messages, I did not get a receipt on my check out, I needed to ask via Booking.com message and the hotel is slow in responding.

Dated and dirty. They only clean your room every 3 days. Overall a depressing place and I wouldn’t stay there again. Bed linens are horrible. Pillows too. The place is not worthy of the Hyatt name. There are better options in Rochester.

Very nice hotel. The only issue I had with this place is they literally take “holding” fees out of EVERYTHING you purchase out of there including the vending machines! I’ve never had that happen to me in any hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Imo they should definitely change that. That’s the only reason I wouldn’t stay there again.

loud people next door and in hallway, and I was very unimpressed with the unprofessionalism in the man who checked us in at the front desk. You need to talk to your employees about how to be professional and welcoming with guests.

What I didn't like was there was no microwave in the room ,no ironing board the room just wasn't what I expected for a high end hotel I don't plan on staying again for that amount of money

Location was great!!! Comfy beds! Staff very friendly. No ironing board in the room. I know not a huge deal, but I needed to iron a few things and I had to put towel on floor and iron, not fun! AC unit extremely loud once it hit set temp.

Love staying downtown. Very nice hotel.great view from 7th floor. Bathroom could use more lighting and a fan. Other than that, the room wax great. Will be back.

The light in the bathroom was too bright and hot, woke up my wife while I was in there at night.
