It looks like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. The walk from the parking garage to the lobby was sketchy. My wife couldn’t sleep. We left at 5 AM.

Expected better

Overall, good. Could use a refresh but still good.
-
Not a very good experience overall. They are very dirty and the staff acts like they don't want to be there. The pool was under renovation and a lot of things didn't work. We asked for a crib; they said they would bring it up but never did.
-
Location, coffee and creamers in room. Beds comfortable. Floors of room were dirty.
-
La recepción y todo el personal fue muy amable y atento. Una de las sabanas estaba rota y detras de la misma cama habia un hueco. No incluye el desayuno como dice en la reserva, hay que pagarlo. Fuera de eso todo super.

The staff activated a key and gave it to someone and they walked in my room that was insane

Other than that it was very good. Great location to enjoy the jazzfest
-
Requested a new remote and it didn't work properly either. Also the Kurig coffee maker had issues. Mentioned it at checkout so they would hopefully replace it for the next guests. On the plus side, the beds were comfortable and we slept well. Location was great for walking to the Jazz festival which is why we booked in the 1st place.

The location seemed convenient Room floor was very very very dirty to the point that when you walk you can feel It's sticky. Mentioned it to the staff at the from reception but nothing changed.

Language was a problem They could communicate in English

The restaurant was another letdown. The food was average at best, and the restaurant staff were rude and unprofessional, which made the dining experience unpleasant. I would not recommend this hotel and would not choose to stay here again.

The hotel is not well maintained—rugs in the corridor needed vacuuming, big blood stain on our outer sheet (how did no one notice that?), bathroom was grimy. There was also a loud party with a dj on the terrace below our room until 9 pm. I have had great experiences at Hyatt hotels in other cities but this was very disappointing.

Great location Pool was out of order

The next day I left at 8am for a track meet and came back at 3pm. My room was still not cleaned even though they were servicing the room next to me. The pool was down for maintenance. We had issues with the elevators during our stay and the staff is understaffed and overwhelmed. It was not a good experience

Front desk staff not help

Great pictures of a pool, hot tub and pool lounge area all closed. Great pictures of an outdoor terrace and lounge all closed to the public. Paid for breakfast but then had to pay again because the price was “higher “ than asked to pay originally. I mean cmon stop the lying and false advertising!

The outside firepit area was closed, the rooftop bar and hangout area was closed because they had a private event earlier that day. The main bar in the lobby area had red ropes across like they weren't supposed to be accessible but there were people at the bar. We walked to the side of the bar anyway and tried to order a drink to take to our room which didn't seem welcome then we were given the wrong drink. We were in town to attend a next day early morning state track meet event. At 1130 we were in bed but neighbors moved in to the room next door which had a steel door between us to divide. They were a younger group and apparently decided they were going to have a party. At one point we counted 13 people in there. We called the front desk and they sent up security to ask them to quiet down. There was no change. 30 mins later we called again and they sent up security again. Some people left but the party went on. We were on the 22nd floor and paid a little over $400 to be there for the night. So no amenities were available and very little sleep. Long day at track then a 4 hour drive home. Terrible experience

Heads up about the parking ramp being under construction

The property is very nice and in good location if you want venture out. The staff was prepared to handle the crowed that was staying at the hotel as far as bar and lunch break went. But we understood and they were very nice people.
