There was a loud party going on in the loft Nextdoor and the hallway. I called the contact number, there apparently was no one to respond and the noise continued until 5 am
-
I just love the place the only thing was missing was a microwave
-
This was such a wonderful place to stay!! The bed was THE most comfortable bed I have EVER slept in, the jacuzzi tub was lovely, the vibes of the building and room were immaculate, and the location was perfect. No note! (Other than we will absolutely be staying here again in the future!)

Very spacious rooms
-
Very nice as usual
-
There’s no plugs by the bed side just old usb setup that’s not compatible to today’s technology, i didn’t like the cold air that screams throw the balcony door and the property was very cold even with heat on because cold air getting in I’m anemic didn’t feel great

The bad part was the communication. Because the front desk is staffed only at certain hours, you have to register online even after making your reservation. They spammed me to ask me to do this, but did not reply to my requests for the necessary reservation number. They also told me for a while that I was going to have to change rooms during my stay, but that didn't come to pass in the end. Not the most professional outfit, but I would stay there again.

The hot tub does not have soap, shampoo and no place holder for one we brought. I will stay again but I wish there is a soap holder. Parkign is easy. The place is well maintained but bed, mattress and carpet could use more cleaning or even new ones.

Was not even aware breakfast was available. Cute idea in terms the idea of converting the school. But not a comfortable place to stay. It was very hard to close the drapes, so we were awakened by bright sunshine. There was no box spring on the bed, and the mattress was not comfortable. Pillows were aweful. See above. We left after the first night, and unfortunately had to pay for a second night. Our stay was very disappointing.

This is our second stay here and we loved it both times! We decided to go for the level up in rooms this time and it was totally worth it for the bathtub, kitchen, and living room area. It was so nice that we decided to change our evening plans one of the days we were in town to just lay around and enjoy the room. We will be coming back!

Location Staff and service

Poorly designed hotel rooms with no towel racks or hooks . We were hanging out towels on doors . No tissue boxes & not even a cup in the bathroom . Sagging mattresses & nylon sheets topped it off - oh & there are no elevators so we dragged our luggage up 3 flights of stairs . We checked out 3 rooms & changed rooms once ( our first room had a toilet in the sleeping area ) so this is an educated review ! See above !!

Great location and such a unique space and experience. I would stay here again I can’t say there is anything I didn’t like

This was a spur of the moment booking and a great unexpected find in Rochester. It's a very unique place. I LOVE that the old school building was repurposed and LOVE what and how it was done. Great out-of-the-ordinary place to stay. It was a wee bit pricy but worth the night away.
-
Room itself was very nice. Just note - the bathroom is not enclosed- no walls around toilet area or bathing area. I was alone so no big deal - but some might like to know the scenario. Very cool place.

My stay was comfortable and relaxing. Great location. Quiet neighborhood.
