All Seasons Motel

Reasonable, clean, and staff was helpful Walmart across the street, Duncan Doughnuts, and ice cream , Culver just down the street. No coffee maker and tissues.

Reminded me of the motor hotel-style places back in the day with all rooms on ground level and arranged around a U-shaped parking lot. Enjoyed chatting with Sean at check-in--very personable. Room was a good size and everything seemed to work. WiFi speed seemed surprisingly good. Bathroom counter space is on the smaller side.

The room could use a little refresh but my house could too so I was not put off by this. The rooms are immaculate and the motel guests are very quiet. It reminded me of when I was a kid traveling with my parents in the 60’s and 70’s. Host and hostess were very kind. Very close to great restaurants and shopping. Nothing, the rooms are priced right for what you get

The young man (Mr. Beebe?) who lives and works there was extremely polite, engaging, and helpful. I enjoyed meeting him. I wish him well in his studies. 1. The once clear shower curtain had obviously not been replaced or cleaned in a very long time. All of the edges were curling, especially the corners and all along bottom. So much so that it held water, mold, and mildew. The entire curtain was caked with mineral deposit as well. 2. The electrical fixtures need attention. The bathroom had one exposed light bulb above the sink with no cover for the fixture; The large lamp shades were not fastened to the lamps, so they easily fell off of the lamps as you try to turn them on or off; very limited outlets to conveniently plug in anything. 3. Worn out, damaged and mismatched furniture. 4. Unforced errors that are easily fixed at minimal expense. This is clearly a management problem.

I liked being able to park right in front of my room. Towels and sheets were nice. Nice hot water and great water pressure. Good AC & fridge & microwave. I had to make several trips back to the office. First to notify that the non-smoking room smelled like smoke and I didn't want to get blamed for smoking. Then the remote didn't have batteries. Then after the remote was fixed I still couldn't get the TV to work. The nice owner finally got it working. There was no blanket on the bed - just the sheet & bed spread. Even after running my diffuser for two days the room still smelled bad.

Not bad for the price, would stay again.

Room smells like smoke and mildew. Hot water takes a few minutes to work. Towels old and ratty. Looks like some mold in parts of the bathroom. Bed isn’t bad but the pillows are terrible. For a one night stay it’s alright. The ease and convenience is nice.

Probably the cleanest motel l ever stayed at. Room was large. Lots of flat surfaces to put things on. Had a table. Peaceful and quiet. Good patking. Innkeeper was pleasant. Retro decor. Clear this motel is getting constant upgrades, one at a time.
