Only issue was the amount of tv stations

The front lobby is not inviting. The carpet strairs are not vacuum. You can see the dirtiest. Luckily my room was quite clean, regardless I have my home slippers to use. Breakfast was very basic. I just had 2 sausages links.

Well first this site says rockfalls inn and suites the build says best western and then inside there sign say days inn. There rooms were ok only had about six channels

Bats in the room . Count even take a shower because there was no HOT WATER at 9 am or 10 am or 10:30. And they don’t let you do a late check out.

there was a distinct smell of cigarettes in the lobby. The TV did'nt work. The breakfast was terrible and sparse. The whole place looks neglected. The staff were not professionally dressed. I was there with a team for athletic competition. Breakfast was inedible for them.

Went to breakfast by 7 am, and it was all gone. Nobody around to restock.

Check in eas horrible they did not have my expedia reservation and i still didn't know if i yet if i was charged twice

I didn't make it to breakfast. The room was decent and the bed was comfortable. There was a pool and a restaurant/bar. The hotel and rooms had a musty smell. The alarm clock was very similar to the one I got in 1985 when I graduated from grade school. There were no cups and no liner for the ice bucket.

Staff was great. Tub was slow draining and they addressed it right away. It is changing over to a Best Western.

The pool seemed to need cleaning for quite some time. The water was clear enough, but there was dirt and sediment on the bottom along the entire length of the pool. The well worn luggage carts have been there for decades and need to be replaced. They're an eyesore as well. They need to take care and be more proactive in snow removal. They cleared the parking lot well enough, but did not clear the sidewalk at the entrance and around the carport. This made walking hazardous.

The bed was comfortable, and it was great to have a hot breakfast.

Room was dirty. Cobwebs of dust around ceiling. Asked for extra towels and toilet paper, never showed so i had to go down twice.
